Compact and lightweight
Towable by the average sedan, the J-pod allows for hassle-free adventure. Outside of holidays, its compact size means storage is a breeze. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years or over and excludes any employees connected with the administration of the competition.
The Promoters of this prize is Outdoria Pty Ltd (ABN 77 605 113 835)
The competition opens 21/08/18 at 10am AEST and closes on 21/11/18 at 23:59 AEST. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event the winner cannot satisfy these terms and conditions or claim the prize.
Entry Requirements:
One entry per person. Entrants found submitting multiple or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions.
Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. The form on this landing page needs to be completed:

Entries must be received by the promoter before the competition close date and time. The Promoter does not take responsibility for late or lost entries. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, literary merits and suitability. The winner will be notified by phone and email on 28/11/2018.
Prize:
The Prize includes: 1x Jayco J-Pod Sport standard 2018 model valued at $18,290. A voucher for accommodation on GoSeeAustralia to the value of $500, valid for use within 12 months from date of issue.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prize values are based upon the retail value of each individual inclusion at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they accept the prize in full and in accordance with these terms and conditions. If The Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the next best judged valid entry and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Claiming the prize: The Jayco J-Pod Sport will be delivered to the closest local Jayco dealership to the winner. Please note that the Jayco offices will be closed between December 18th and January 16th. The GoSeeAustralia accomodation voucher for the value of $500 will be supplied via email and is to be used on goseeaustralia.com.au for the purpose of booking accommodation.
Jayco J-Pod Sport Prize component specific details:
Outdoria and Jayco are not responsible for any additional costs the winner incurs to ensure their vehicle is fit for purpose. The product is final. The winner/s (and their companion/s) will need a valid Australian driver’s license, a legally compliant and fit for purpose tow vehicle when collecting the J-Pod
The Promoter and Jayco are not responsible for and will not provide the winner with petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages. The winner will be responsible for collecting the vehicle within 30 days of the draw and any expenses he or she incurs while doing so.
The winner/s are responsible for the J-Pod insurance before collecting these prizes. The prize provider will assist with the registration process and provide in advance the details required to legally achieve registration and insurance plus any other legal requirements that must be satisfied.
The winner acknowledges and accepts that activities that form part of the prize are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may take place.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses including the use of prize on offer, is the responsibility of the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this competition cannot be run as originally planned.
The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with or is suspected of tampering with the entry process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions or any consequential loss related to or arising from the participation of this competition.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of The Promoter and may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received in any forum or social media worldwide. The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition, determining and notifying the winner and for direct marketing purposes.
