Once purchased, I then had to strap it on to the roof of my car.
The first night, I fell asleep quicker, and weirdly, dreamt up a new novel, about sleeping on a new mattress. After the first week, according to my sleep tracker app, sleep quality (a combination of light, deep and REM sleep) had improved by 20%, by the second week 40% (and counting). Some nights as soon as I lay down, I was asleep in under 30 seconds, not even enough time to turn on my sleep tracker.
Whilst I could return the mattress if I wasn't happy, there's no way I could give it up. Going to bed has become something to look forward to. My biggest concern as a traveller, is how will I cope with being away from my mattress for weeks at a time?
