TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years or above. To enter the Competition, you must register at
www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/24days and complete the required fields.
3. Daily entries must be received by 11.45pm AEDT to be counted in the national prize pool for that day. Multiple entries per day, and across the Promotion period, are allowed.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

6. The Promotion commences on 1.12.18 closing on 24.12.18 at 11.45pm AEDT (Promotion Period)
7. This is a game of chance. There will be One (1) prize winner each day; Twenty Four (24) prize winners in total throughout the Promotion Period.
8. One Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter by 10.00am AEDT, from the national pool of daily entrants received by 11.45pm AEDT the day prior. The final winner will be chosen by 10.00am AEDT on 25.12.18.
9. Following the daily prize draw, the winner’s details will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages within two (2) hours. While all efforts will be made by the Promoter to contact the winner directly, it is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within 3 months of the winner being announced.
10. Each winner will receive the prize pictured on the Promoter’s social channels on the day of entry.
11. Winners will receive their Prize within thirty (30) days after being contacted via local store pick-up or delivery, up to the value of $79, at the discretion of the Promoter. If local store pick-up is not available, and delivery costs exceed $79, the winner agrees to pay any additional fee, over and above $79, to secure delivery.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Fantastic Furniture indefinitely retains all rights, title and interest and unrestricted use of each entry, and may use it in any matter it deems appropriate without compensation given to the subjects or producers of the submission. Once a post is submitted it becomes the exclusive property of the Promoter.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name, state and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
15. If for any reason a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months of the winner being announced, then the prize will be redrawn. The winner will then receive their Prize within thirty (30) days after being contacted. The Promoter will announce the redrawn Winner on Facebook.
16. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the products in the winning post change between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
17. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or promotion or in connection with the prize.
19. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be opted into the weekly Fantastic Friends email newsletter. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by you. Winners may have their name, state and photo published for promotional purposes.
20. The promoter and / or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late, or failed requests for registration.
21. Subject to any State or Territory gaming regulations, The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotional Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
