Treasure Trove Tuesday’s
Terms and Conditions
1. TIMING
1.1 The draw will commence on Friday December 21st
, 2018 with the final draw on
Tuesday February 26, 2019.
1.2 The draw will be held every Tuesday night with thirteen (13) winners being
drawn. One (1) at 7:00pm, (1) at 7:15pm, (1) at 7:30pm , (1) at 7:45pm , (1) at
8:00pm , (1) at 8:15pm , (1) at 8:30pm , (1) at 8:45pm , (1) at 9:00pm (1) at
9:15pm one (1) at 9:30pm, one (1) at 9:45pm, and one (1) at 10:00pm.
2. MECHANICS
2.1 Members of North Ryde RSL will be able to enter into the draw by placing a valid
ticket into the promotion barrel.
2.1.1 The barrel will be open for tickets between 6:00pm and 9:59pm every Tuesday
night for the duration.
2.2 Tickets are generated when a member swipes their membership card in the
dedicated terminal located in the foyer.
2.2.1 The draw is open to all financial members of North Ryde RSL Community Club Ltd.,
with a maximum of 1 (one) ticket per entry point per day, with the addition of
maximum seven (7) bonus tickets per week.
3. TICKET VALIDITY
3.1 Methods of members gaining tickets:
3.1.1 By swiping at the rewards terminal daily to receive one (1) ticket – maximum one
(1) swipe ticket per member per day.
3.1.2 By swiping at the rewards terminal between 4:30pm and 6:30pm every night (7
days a week) to receive one (1) bonus ticket – maximum one (1) bonus ticket per
member per bonus session.
3.2 All tickets awarded during the promotional period are eligible for any Tuesday
night draw during the promotional period.
3.2.1 Each ticket is only valid for entry into one draw.
3.2.2 At the end of each draw night the barrel will be emptied, and tickets will be
disposed of.
3.3 Only tickets printed and dated during the promotional period are eligible for the
draw.
4. WEEKLY DRAWS
4.1 At the times of the draws every Tuesday night one (1) ticket will be drawn from
the barrel and announced. The person drawn will have four (4) minutes to
present themselves to the draw host who will be situated at the Marble Lounge
stage at North Ryde RSL.
4.1.1 The winner will be announced via public address to all areas other than within the
foyer, House of Tong restaurant and Grand Pittwater Function Centre.
4.1.2 The draw will not be broadcast where private functions are taking place.
4.1.3 Due to council regulations, the draw will not be broadcast in outdoor areas,
including, but not restricted to the Eastern Terrace, Heritage Terrace, Riverviews
Terrace and Marble Terrace.
4.1.4 If a member has entered the draw and is in the foyer, attending a private function,
dining in the House of Tong or in one of our outdoor areas at the time of the draw,
it is their responsibility to move to an area of the club where they can hear the
draw being broadcast.
4.2 If the member drawn does not present themselves within the allotted four (4)
minute period then the host will draw a subsequent winner until there is a
winner present.
4.2.1 The same conditions as set out in 4.1.1 through 4.1.4 will apply to these subsequent
draws.
4.3 Once a winner is present, they will be awarded with their winnings.
4.3.1 Winnings are determined by the following prize break-up:
7:00pm - $ 100
7:15pm - $100
7:30pm - $100
7:45pm - $100
8:00pm - $100
8:15pm - $100
8:30pm - $ 100
8:45pm - $100
9:00pm - $100
9:15pm - $100
9:30pm - $250
9:45pm - $250
10:00pm - $500
5. MAJOR DRAW NIGHT – Tuesday February 26th 2019
5.1 There will be thirteen (13) members drawn from 7:0pm to 10:00pm
5.2 At the time of the draws, one (1) ticket will be drawn from the Major
Draw Night barrel and announced.
5.2.1. The same conditions as set out in 4.1 will apply to these draws.
5.3 Entry tickets may be entered into the Major Draw Night barrel by
members on February 26th from 6:00pm until 10:00pm.
5.4 Instead of the regular prize denominations the prize breakup will be as
follows:
7:00pm - $ 1000
7:15pm - $1000
7:30pm - $1000
7:45pm - $1000
8:00pm - $1000
8:15pm - $1000
8:30pm - $1000
8:45pm - $1000
9:00pm - $1000
9:15pm - $1000
9:30pm - $2000
9:45pm - $3000
10:00pm - $5000
5.5 The same conditions as set out in 4.1.1 through 4.1.4 will apply to these
draws.
6. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all rules and conditions.
6.2 The promoter is the North Ryde RSL Community Club Ltd, ABN 75 001 022 699.
6.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a
result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by
negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6.4 The maximum amount cash payable will be $1,000.
6.5 The total prize worth for this promotion is $36,000
6.6 Any ticket printed with a date preceding Friday December 21st
, 2018 will be
deemed invalid for this promotion.
6.7 All financial members of the North Ryde RSL Community Club Ltd (excluding
staff and their immediate families, directors and their immediate families) are
eligible to enter the draw.
