COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By submitting
an entry, you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter (“Promoter”) is BMPRO, 19 Henderson Rd, Knoxfield, VIC, 3180.
3. The promotional period begins at 9:30m AEST on Wednesday 20th February 2019 and
concludes at 4 pm AEST on Monday 25th February 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
4. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the Promoter using your name and publishing your
entry in any media at any time or times without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this
competition.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all entries and entrants
(including the entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers
with the entry process.
6. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
WHO CAN ENTER?
8. The Promotion is open to children aged between 2 to 15.
9. Entries are open to Australian and New Zealand residents who purchase a valid entry ticket to
the 2019 Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow.
10. Employees (and their immediate families) of BMPRO and third parties associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
11. To enter the Promotion, visit the BMPRO Kids Zone at the Supershow to obtain a BMPRO
colouring page.

12. Colour in and complete your entry by clearly marking on the back of the colouring page the
child’s name, age, as well as first name, phone number and email address of the supervising
adult.
13. Submit the completed entry by attaching it to the wall at Kids Zone with provided means (blue
tack, Velcro, sticky tape, pins, etc).
14. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries received after
the close of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
PRIZES
15. Total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$,1039. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable
and cannot be taken as cash.
16. The winners, as judged by the Promoter will each win one of the following prizes:
1st Prize: PS4 PlayStation 4 1TB Pro Console Glacier White, provided by NCE, RRP $529
2nd Prize: Travel with Kids kit provided by Caravanning with Kids, RRP $70
20 x Solar LED lamps provided by BMPRO, RRP $19
4 x 4 pack of Icy Pole Holders provided by Caravanning with Kids, RRP $15
WINNER SELECTION
17. The winners of the Promotion shall be judged by BMPRO and Caravan Industry Victoria to have
the most creative artwork. The Promotion is a game of skill.
18. The judging of all prizes will take place at 9.00am AEST on Thursday 28th of February in the
office of the Promoter.
19. The supervising adult of the winning entries will be notified by phone call and email on Thursday
28th February.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
20. Prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm AEST on Monday 4th of March.
21. Prizes will be sent to the winners after their prize has been claimed and their postal address is
confirmed.
22. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s controls, the Promoter may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
23. Winners will be notified by phone call and email and the names of winners will be announced on
the BMPRO Facebook page

prize within the date specified in clause 20, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter
may award their prize to the next best entry determined by the judges.
