The Finalists

Prize 21.The Prize winner will be notified by telephone call, email, Secure Mail or any other communication deemed appropriate by the Promoter (where possible).Following initial notification, the winner will be sent an email detailing the Prizeand asking the winner to formally accept the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 22.The winner will also be announced on Facebook and on the Promoter’swebsiteon the Announcement Date. 23.If for any reason, the winner does not claim the prize within 10daysof the Announcement Date, the Prize will be forfeited. Where the Prize is unclaimed, the judging panel may award the Prize to the next winning entry. The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondencewill be entered into. 24.Once the winner has accepted the Prize, the Prize is deemed non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of the Prize will result in an immediate cancellation. Where an individual Prize has an expiry or redemption date, it is the responsibility of the winner to claim their Prize in the stipulated timeframe as outlined in Prize vendor’s terms and conditions. 25.With respect to selecting shows
(a)That arecurrentlyannounced at the Announcement Date, the winner must notify the Promoter within two weeks of the Announcement Date of their decision to use their double-passes for these shows;(b)That are announced after the Announcement Date, the winner must notify the Promoter within two weeks of the show being announced of their decision to use their double-passes for the show.26.Tickets to selected shows will be based on availability. There is no guarantee that tickets will be available for selected shows. 27.Age restrictions apply for guests on some shows at Qudos Bank Arena.28.Each double-pass is a general admission double-pass. There is no guaranteed seat location. 29.Winners may select a different guest for each of the 10 shows.30.The winner cannot use their double-passes to see the same artist perform on more than one occasion. 31.Accommodation will be booked by the Promoter uponshow confirmation. The accommodation will be either a twin or double room at either the Pullman or the Novotel at Sydney Olympic Park. The selection of the hotel is at the Promoter’s discretion. Occupancy is for two people. Breakfast for two people is included at the relevant hotel as well as parking for one car. 32.Once a show and accommodation has been confirmed and booked the winner may not cancel their attendance. If they do, the show and accommodation will be forfeited,and they are not entitled to any substitute. 33.The winner must fully redeem the Prize within the Prize Redemption Period. However, the Flight Centre vouchers are valid for use within the period notified on the Flight Centre voucher (usually three years).34.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize for an itinerary of equal value at their discretion. 35.The Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Should the winner not be able to redeem all aspects of the Prize within the Prize Redemption Period, theremaining items shall be forfeited without any replacement for their value. 36.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize. The winner is required to obtain relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
37.All flights and other costs associated with attending selected shows are the responsibility of the winner. 38.Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize. Qudos Bank Arena Member Lounge (Food and Beverage Package)39.On acceptance of the prize, the prize winner acknowledges that they accept the Qudos Bank Arena Member LoungeGuidelines, set out below: Qudos Bank Arena Member LoungeGuidelines (a)The prize winnersmust advise guests in advance that food or beverage purchased outside of Qudos Bank Arena is not permitted. Any food or beverage identified as having been brought in from outside will be confiscated. (b)QudosBank Arena Management reserves the right to carry out such personal checksof any patron who enters or exits the Arena. Patrons refusing to participate in the search process will be excluded from entry.(c)Glassware is not permitted on the suite balcony. All beverages must be decanted to the plastic cups provided. (d)All guests must keep their Qudos Bank Arenaticket with them at all times and produce for staff on request. (e)The prize winnersshould monitor responsible alcohol consumption and be aware that itis an offence to supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18, or who are intoxicated. (f)The prize winners should assist with limiting noise that interferes with other patrons’ enjoyment of a performance. (g)The prize winnersacknowledges QudosBank Arena management’s right to eject the prize winners and/or guestfrom the Member Loungeif they reasonably consider that a breach of the Licensing Laws has occurred. (h)The prize winnersacknowledges that photography and recording of performance is not permitted without the express permission of the promoter. This includes the use of mobile phones and digital devices for this purpose.
