Mothers Day Shop & WinTERMS & CONDITIONS1.Information on how to enter and the prize details including conditions forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these Conditions of Entry. 2.Entry is only open to NSW residents over the ageof 18 years.3.Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Eastlakes Shopping Centre including retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. 4.The competition commences Wednesday, 1 May 2019 and closes at 4:00pm on Sunday, 26th May 2018 (EST). 5.To enter, simply purchase $10 or more in our specialty retailers. Fill out the entry forms available at our participating retailers and enter the form along with proof of purchase in the entry barrel located opposite shop 22-89, FOODT3PP. A valid purchase is to be made within the promotions start and finish dates at retailers located at Eastlakes Shopping Centre.6.A draw will be conducted after 11:00am on Monday 27th May 2019. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone. 7.There are ten (10) individual winners of ten (prizes) totalling the value of $500. Prizes include ten (10) $150 Mese Hair Specialist Gift Cards to be redeemed at Mese Hair Specialist, shop 21 Eastlakes Shopping Centre within valid dates.8.Prizes are not redeemable for cash, refundable or transferable. Gift cards valid for six (6) months from date of purchase. 9.The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the draw. 10.The decision of the Promoter/Judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to theapproval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant. 12.The Promoter may conduct a further draw 7 days from the date of the draw for unclaimed prizes, the winner(s) will be notified by a valid email. 13.The Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or accepting any prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 14.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
