Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuedincluding those specified on the voucher.31.The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the prizes, including loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.32.Eastgate Bondi Junctionensures that all security systems will be put in place to ensure that the competitionwill not be tampered with in any way or form.33.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.34.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.35.Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.36.Eastgate Bondi Junctionwill not accept responsibility for any prize(s) if lost.37.If the prize (or part ofthe prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.38.The promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of the Senior Marketing Manager of Eastgate Bondi Junctionwill be final. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All prizes are offered by the Promoter in good faith and prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.40.Prize collection: Winners are responsible for liaising with Eastgate Bondi JunctionManagement Office to arrange redemption of the prizes. Eastgate Bondi JunctionManagement Office is located at Eastgate Bondi Junction, 71/91 Spring Street, Bondi Junction 2022 Phone: (02) 9387 6377and the office is open during normal business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays). Entrantsmust present identification and may be required to present a copy of the email from Eastgate Bondi Junctionadvising they have won, to collect the Prize(s). The Prize(s)must be claimed withinsix weeksof the publication of the Prize winner(s).41.The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss of damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the prize, including loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.42.By entering, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use personal information disclosed, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
