Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
The Promotor is Tactical Gear Distributors Pty Ltd herein referred to as the Promoter.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 9am (EST) Thursday 16 May 2019 and closes 12pm (EST) Friday 31 May 2019.
This give-away is a “Game of Chance” (lottery/sweepstakes) where the winner is drawn at random or wins by element of chance.
The promotor has utilised Woobox a 3rd Party Management App that manages the giveaway and promotion to ensure transparency and the efficient and effective running of the give-away.
The winner is chosen by our 3rd Party App Software Woobox. Woobox selects a winner at random.
This giveaway is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram.
All information received by Tactical Gear Distributors is kept strictly confidential. No information will be passed on, given or sold, to third parties. You privacy is incredibly important to us.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Total prize value is up to $249.99 AUD
Prize is not transferable to any other product and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Shipping is included to a valid Australian address.
The draw will take place at 12:00pm (EST) on Friday 31 May, 2019 and the first eligible winner will be announced via Facebook by 12.30pm (EST) on 31 May, 2019.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically register or enter is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.
