Terms & Conditions of entry for this competition:
Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.
1. Promotional Period
The promotion starts at 10:00am AEST 25/05/19 and concludes at 4:00pm AEST 28/05/19. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over. This is excluding Lenard’s Pty Ltd employees or their immediate family members.
3. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lenard’s Pty Ltd ABN 96 010 711 145 of Lenard’s National Support Office, Level 1, 225 Montague Road, PO Box 5630, West End, QLD, 4101.
4. Entry Instructions
To enter the draw, entrants must complete the form on the competition entry page at
https://www.lenards.com.au/national-burger-competition-2019/, or the landing page located at
http://woobox.com/uuqju8, or on the Lenard’s Chicken National Facebook Page. Entrants are limited to 1 entry per email address. However, entrants can gain 1 bonus entry every time someone they referred enters via the share links on the Post-Entry page.
5. Winner Selection
The prize will be allocated at the end of the promotional period by random selection of all entrants (contacted on National Burger Day 28/05/19 to arrange verification and postage). There will be an Indoor Grilling Kit and $50 Lenard's Gift Voucher given away by Lenard’s National Support Office. The prize will be awarded to those who are contacted by Lenard’s National Support Office upon the conclusion of the promotional period (28/05/19). Verification of the winners and postage will be arranged within 7 days of the draw.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted on National Burger Day 28/05/19 via email from the Lenard's Customer Experience Team who will arrange their prize if they have met the terms and conditions. If the winner does not respond with 3 days of contact, the prize may be forfeited and a different winner will be selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
7. Prize Fund
There will be an Indoor Grilling Kit and $50 Lenard's Gift Voucher given away by Lenard’s National Support Office. The total prize has an RRP of over $200 and includes the following:

$50 Lenard's Chicken Voucher
This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Other Terms and Conditions

You have various rights under the Australian Privacy Principles including the right to access information that you have provided to us. As part of the terms and conditions, Lenard’s requests this information to conduct the promotion, validate your entry, and periodically send you promotional offers. Entrants may receive ongoing marketing communications from Lenard’s unless you request to unsubscribe. This information is being collected only for the purposes detailed or implied in the terms and conditions. By entering this competition you consent to its use. The information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent, or unless we are obligated by any law to provide that information. If you do not provide the basic information you will not be eligible to enter this promotion. Lenard’s Pty Ltd reserves its rights to disqualify any entry of any entrant, who generally discredits the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or Lenard’s Pty Ltd. Lenard’s Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be taken into consideration regarding the competition results.
By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
