Promoter
The promoter is Ingenia Communities Group of Suite 1, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron QLD 4031 (ACN 46 154 464 990).
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter you must be an Australian citizen and reside within a 400km radius of the Sunshine Coast. The location eligibility will be based on the postcode provided at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
The winner must be able to redeem this prize between 26.07.19 – 28.07.19. If the winner is unable to meet this condition, a redraw will be conducted.
The winner must be subscribed to the Ingenia Holidays database at the time of the draw.
Entry
The promotion commences on 24.05.2019 and entries close at midnight on 18.07.2019.
Entry into this competition can be obtained by subscribing to the Ingenia Holidays database with a valid email address.
Except where advertised differently, entries are limited to one entry per person. Should multiple entries be received from one entrant, all such entries will not be eligible.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and Winning
The random prize draw will take place on 19.07.19 at 257 Gympie Road, Kedron QLD 4031.
Winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw.
The winner will be the first valid entry drawn randomly from the total entry pool. There is one prize on offer.
The first and only prize is a Sunshine Coast Adventure for four people, max value $3,000. The prize includes 3 nights glamping accommodation at Ingenia Holidays Rivershore, hire of a Hyundai Tucson for the weekend with a BP fuel card and breakfast and dinner at Driftwood. The prize also includes a selection of adventures that may include Australia Zoo, Sealife, TreeTop Challenge, Holey Moley, Maleny Dairy.
If the prize remains unclaimed another random prize draw will take place 24 hours later on 2.07.2019 and the winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw.
Prize Conditions
By entering the promotion, entrants are providing consent for the promoter to use the entrant's personal information to determine the entrant's eligibility to win the promotion, to contact the winner and to publish the winner's name across the promoter’s website and social media channels.
By entering the promotion entrants acknowledge that Ingenia Holidays may contact them with information about their products and services unless they opt out at the time of entry or in subsequent communications.
Any additional costs incurred by the winner as a consequence of them redeeming their prize is at the expense of the winner.
Prize winners may be asked by the Promoter to participate in publicity associated with the Promotion but will have the right to elect whether or not they want to participate in the publicity.
The prize is strictly awarded on the basis that it is not redeemable as cash, not refundable, non transferrable any will not be credited for any unused portion of the prize.
The Promoter will require the primary driver to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of current and valid ‘full’ Australian driver’s license and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
Standard Term
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
No Liability
If for any reason, the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in its sole discretion.
The promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred from entering the promotion or in connection with taking up the prize.
The promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any variation in the value of the prize.
Confidential Information
The Promoter must ensure that Confidential Information is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any person except:
To its employees, officers, agents, contractors and sub-contractors to the extent needed for the Promotion;
Where disclosure is authorised or required by law; or
With the disclosing party’s consent.
The Promoter must ensure that all Confidential Information is:
Kept reasonably secure; and
Only used for purposes for which it is originally disclosed.
Personal Information
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information that is a collection, stored and used in connection with the Promotion.
When managing, maintaining, storing and transferring information (including Personal Information), the Promoter agrees that it will:
Do all things reasonably necessary to ensure the Personal Information is kept secure;
Only use Personal Information for the purpose for which it is disclosed; and
Notify entrants if there has been a breach of data security and do all things reasonably necessary to remedy the breach.
By entering the Promotion, the prize winner also consents to the publishing of their name and the suburb of residence on the Ingenia Holidays website and social media channels.
By participating in the Promotion, Entrants authorise the Promoter and its employees, agents and contractors to collect and disclose their Personal Information for the purpose related to:
Conducting the promotion
Providing information about products and services of the Promoter until such time as the Entrant asks the Promoter not to provide further information.
