Permit conditions
The promoter is Luke P Bell of Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia: 454 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong Victoria 3144. Authorises the sale of 270,000 tickets at $2.50 each throughout NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC and ACT (ACT tickets capped at 210,000) from 23 April 2019 to 01 July 2019.
Funds raised from the raffle will be used nationwide. The proceeds from ticket sales will help fund the Seeing Eye Dog program as well as other services Vision Australia offers, helping people who are blind or have low vision to live the life they choose.
1st Prize: Mitsubishi Mirage LS to the value of $18,450 supplied by Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka Qld. (incl. compulsory third party insurance, registration fee and on road costs) PLUS $20,000 Cash (EFT payment) (If prize winner resides in Victoria cash prize will be given as gold bullion). 2nd Prize: $10,000 Harvey Norman Gift Card. Major draw to be conducted on 02 July 2019 at 2:30pm (AEDT). VIP – Super Puppy Sponsorship Prize: Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at $2,000. Draw to be conducted on 12 June 2019 at 2:30pm (AEDT). Early Bird Prize: Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at $1,000. Draw to be conducted on 19 June 2019 at 2:30pm (AEDT). Bonus Prize: Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at $2,000. Unclaimed Prizes in the ACT: Where Seeing Eye Dogs is unable to contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed 8 weeks from the draw date, Seeing Eye Dogs reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining entries in the relevant draw. Draw would be conducted on 27 August 2019 at 2:30pm (AEDT).
All Gift Cards are valid for 24 months after receipt of prize.
All draws to be conducted at Apple Marketing Group Level 4 /11 Queens Rd Melbourne VIC 3004. Results will be published at
www.seeingeyedogs.org.au and in The Australian on 04 July 2019. All winners will be notified by telephone and post.
