8: Entry Restrictions
(a) Entrants must be 16 years of age or over at the time of Entry.
(b) Entrants must be an Australian resident.
(c) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio Australia user. A registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident who has downloaded the iHeartRadio Australia App and registered their details; or who is an Australian resident who has registered with iHeartRadio Australia with their details online at https://www.iheart.com/
(d) For Competitions involving social media entry, Entrants must have their profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their Entry.
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air and online commercials to:
i. register with iHeartRadio Australia by either downloading the iHeartRadio Australia App and registering their details; or by registering with iHeartRadio Australia with their details online at https://www.iheart.com/
ii. visit the Station website and fully complete the online Entry Form including by providing their contact details – full name, phone number, e- mail and address.
(b) Each valid Entry received by the time specified by the Station will be placed into a random Prize Draw.
(c) The Promoter will select ten (10) Entries and those Entrants will be deemed a Winner and receive a Prize.
Upon completing the online Entry Form, Entrants will be presented with two (2) opportunities for Bonus Entries as outlined below.
All Bonus Entries will be capped at one (1) per Entrant for all of the below options.

17: Prize Claim Date, Time and Delivery
Prizes must be claimed by Wednesday, 23rd October 2019 at 9.00am AEDT.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 9.00am AEDT on Wednesday, 23rd October 2019 they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be drawn.
The Promoter will contact the Winner with the contact details the Winner registered with on the online Entry Form, to arrange delivery of the Prize.
18. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the Prize/s have not been claimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw to select new Winner/s will be conducted on Wednesday, 23rd October 2019 at 10.00am AEDT at the Australian Radio Network – 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, New South Wales 2113.

19: Special Conditions
(a) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
(b) Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winner will not be compensated.
(c) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting Period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
(d) Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
