Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of the baby contestant, who must be 12 months old or less and not yet walking unattended. Baby must crawl under on hands and knees (scooting on hands and feet may be disqualified at judge's discretion).Parent or legal guardiansmust be 18 years or olderto accept prizing.
