Camino Skies is a story about life, love and loss on the Camino de Santiago.

The Prize:Two places on UTracks 'Sarria to Santiago' self-guided walk. This includes twin share accommodation in a combination of hotels and B&B's (generally with private facilities), seven breakfasts, six dinners, info pack including maps, luggage transfers and visitor tax. The prize also includes a contribution of AU$800 or NZ$850 per person (carrier charges and taxes excluded) towards airfares from a major Australian or NZ capital city.

Who can enter?
• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over, during the entire Promotional Period (31 July – 28 November 2018) who have attended a screening of ‘Camino Skies’ during the promotional period.
• Entrants must complete the entry form on the UTracks competition page and subscribe to the UTracks e-newsletter at
www.utracks.com.
• Each registered person receives one (1) entry into the draw.
• Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and agents associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The prize
WIN A Trip for Two on the Camino!
• Total prize valued up to AU$4300.00.
• The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the following prize: one (1) trip for two (2) people on the eight (
day UTracks self guided ‘Camino -Sarria to Santiago’ tour including seven night’s accommodation in hotels and farmhouse B&Bs on a twin share basis, continental breakfasts daily, six (6) dinners; luggage transfer of one (1) bag to 20kgs per person. UTracks will contribute up to AU$800 per person toward airfares (carrier charges and taxes are excluded).
Prize terms:
• Redeeming the prize must be done directly with UTracks and a booking form must be completed and signed by the participants acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions of participation. Flights must be booked by UTracks and depart from a major Australian capital city.
• The winner and their companion must travel together on a fixed departure between 01 January 2020 and 31 May 2020 or 01 October to 31 December 2020 to redeem the prize. Travel is subject to availability.
• The prize cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed.
• The prize excludes any pre or post accommodation, any necessary travel visas, travel to/from departure point, drinks and unspecified meals, entrance fees, any taxes, spending money, personal equipment, travel insurance, any personal incidentals or other ancillary costs not mentioned in the detailed trip notes or within these terms and conditions. • It is a condition of travel that the prize-winner is covered by some form of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged at the prize-winner’s own expense via a licensed travel agent. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to verify and organise any applicable travel visas.
• Prize is not transferable, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. The prize cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services or redeemed for cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
• Unless otherwise provided, if the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, UTracks reserves the right to substitute the prize or the portion of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law. UTracks has the right to change portions of the prize as determined.
• The winner agrees to possible media coverage following the draw.
How to enter
• Promotion commences on 31 July 2019. Entries close at 11.49pm AEDST on 28 November 2019 (Promotion Period).
• Entry is free.
• To enter, Eligible Persons must—during the Promotional Period— must attended a screening of ‘Camino Skies’ during the promotional period, complete the entry form on the UTracks competition page and subscribe to the UTracks e-newsletter at
www.utracks.com.
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone. It will be announced in the December edition of the UTracks e-newsletter and on the UTracks Facebook page.
• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promoter’s rights with respect to entries and entrants.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: a) to disqualify any entrant; or b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to take such steps as the Promoter considers reasonably necessary to address the interference or change of circumstances which may include modification, suspension, termination or cancellation of the Promotion.

The draw
• Entry into the Draw opens at 12:01am on 01 July 2019 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 28 November 2019.
• The Draw will take place at UTracks office, Level 5, 71 York Street Sydney at 3:00pm on 05 December 2019 AEDST.
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone. It will be announced in the December edition of the UTracks e-newsletter and on the UTracks Facebook page.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion including with respect to any aspect of the draw and the prize-winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to cooperate with the Promoter in regard to further promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
Unavailable and unclaimed prize:
• If the prize is unavailable due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
• If the prize is unclaimed within two (2) months of the draw date, a draw for the unclaimed prize may take place on two (2) months from the draw date at the same time of day and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Winner will be contacted directly by phone or email. If the prize for the unclaimed prize draw is unclaimed by 1 April 2020, the prize will be forfeited.
• If for any reason this Promotion does not run as planned by the Promoter or is likely not to run as planned by the Promoter, changing, modifying or suspending the promotion is subject to relevant state and territory regulations. A promoter/agent cannot change, modify or suspend a promotion without permission from the state bodies who issued permits for this promotion.
Privacy and consent of the entrant
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, in the event they are a winner in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
No liability of the promoter
• The entrant is solely liable for the costs he or she incurs in entering the Promotion and claiming the prize.
• Neither the Promoter nor its officers, employees or agents are liable for: a) A personal injury or distress caused by a prize b) Any loss, personal injury, damage or expense (including loss of opportunity) suffered directly or indirectly as a result of entering or winning the Promotion. Except for injury, loss, damage or expense caused by the fraud, gross negligence or breach of contract by the Promoter.
