Authorised Under NSW Permit Number LTPS/19/35195MERCEDES-BENZ A180 CAR PROMOTIONWORKERS SPORTSMembers of the Blacktown Workers Club (BWC) Group will have the opportunity to win a share in $60,000 worth of cash and prizes during our MERCEDES-BENZ (MB) A180 CAR PROMOTION. The promotion will commence on Monday 1 July 2019 and will conclude on Thursday 12 September 2019, with one (1) draw over the promotional period. The draw will be held from 7.30pm on Thursday 12 September 2019 at Workers Sports ONLY, where a total of twenty (20) winners will be drawn from the virtual barrel to determine the winners.Terms & Conditions1.Members can earn entries from 9.00am on Monday 1 July 2019 until 7.30pm Thursday 12 September 2019;2.The draw will be conducted from 7.30pm on Thursday 12 September 2019;3.The promotion will be conducted at each site within the BWC Group, as listed below, however the draw will be conducted at Workers Sports ONLY and members MUST be present at this venue to win:Workers Sports170 Reservoir Road Blacktown (02 8822 2444) Workers Blacktown55 Campbell Street Blacktown (02 9830 0600)Workers Hubertus205 Adams Rd Luddenham (02 4773 4444)4.Entry Tickets for the promotion will be issued to members of the BWC Group when they make a purchase of $10 or more (accumulatively) at any Club POS terminal (excluding function sales and TAB). Members will receive one ticket for every $10 spent (i.e. 1 x $10, 2 x tickets for $20, and so on) which will be stored virtually; 5.The number of entries received for each $10 spent will vary depending on members tier; Diamond members will receive five (5) tickets per $10 spent, Platinum members will receive four (4) tickets per $10 spent, Gold members will receive three (3) tickets per $10 spent,Silver members will receive two (2) tickets per $10 spent and Bronze members will receive one (1) ticket per $10 spent;6.Sales whereby the Member redeems Workers Rewards Points will also receive one ticket for every $10 redeemed (excluding Pitstop,Function sales and TAB);7.On the day of the draw members will be able to access their promotional tickets earned during the promotional period, which have beenstored virtually, via the POS Reward Kiosks;8.Entries can be activated from 3.00pm until 7.30pm sharp on the draw date, with the draw commencing shortly after. Once the promotionhas commenced, late entries will NOT be accepted; 9.It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that they activate their entries on the draw date, being Thursday 12 September 2019;10.Members can win up to a maximum of ONLY one (1) prize during the MB A180 Car Promotion;11.Entry tickets are valid for this draw only;12.Tickets not activated before the above date/time will be erased and will not work with any other promotions;13.The winner’s name/s will be announced via the Clubs PA system;14.Announcements will NOT be heard in the Grange Buffet but will be displayed on TV screens throughout Workers Sports. Announcementswill also NOT be heard or displayed on any of the sporting fields or grounds at Workers Sports. As such, it will be the responsibility ofmembers to ensure they are within the promotional area during the draws, for draws to be heard and seen;15.Twenty (20) members will be selected from the virtual barrel to participate in the MB A180 Car Promotion;16.Of the twenty (20) members that have been selected, each member will select one of the boxes on display, where they will open the box they have selected to reveal if they have won the Major Prize, or a cash prize, as listed below;17.Each winner will have 4 minutes to claim their prize; if not claimed within the 4 minutes, then another draw will take place until allparticipants have been selected to participate in the draw;18.The prize breakdown will include the following:1 x MERCEDES BENZ A180 (including on road costs)2 x $2,000 Cash Prizes3 x $1,000 Cash Prizes5 x $500 Cash Prizes6 x $200 Cash Prizes3 x $100 Cash Prizes19.The total prize value of this promotion is $60,000 with twenty (20) individual prizes (the draw will be scrutinized by an independent person);20.Where the prize money is greater than $2,000 the prize winner will be paid the amount exceeding $2,000 by a crossed cheque made out to the winner (or by EFT if the winner so requests); the full prize amount can be paid in this manner, if desired; 21.The club takes no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets, including any system errors with POS that may occur during the promotionalperiod. If system errors do occur, ticket/s can NOT be reproduced;22.Promotion entrants and claimants must have their current Membership Card with them at the time of the draw and MUST be a full financialmember to claim a prize. No claims will otherwise be accepted; 23.No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of the promotion;24.Participation in this promotion implies acceptance to all terms and conditions;25.Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future club promotion;26.Only financial members of BWC Group may participate in this promotion. This does exclude suspended members, members that havebeen excluded and members that have dishonoured cheques outstanding; 27.Directors, Management & Staff of Blacktown Workers Club Group, including Contractors and their employees, are not eligible to enter thepromotion;28.Management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered
