and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotional Period commences at Monday 5 August 2019 9.00am (AEST) and closes on Sunday 15 September 2019 at 5.00pm (AEST)
Entry is open to Queensland residents over 18 years old only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Prize is $10,000 cash total, to be paid by bank transfer.
A random draw will be performed by an Exhibitions & Events Australia director at noon on Friday 20 September 2019 at 801 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122.
The winner will be notified in writing (by email) and by phone no later than Wednesday 27 September 2019 at 5pm. The winner’s name will then be immediately published both on brisbanehomeshow.com.au and the Brisbane Home Show Facebook page.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
