Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Competition Terms and Conditions and the
www.rollas.com.au (“Website”) Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms and Conditions, You must not enter this competition.
This Agreement is a contract between the customer ("Entrant", “You”) and Threebyone Pty Ltd, ABN 23 495 678 570, registered office of 68-70 Hanover Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065, Australia.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the draw to win a trip to Los Angeles to party with Sofia Richie and friends, simply complete the entry form on the Party With Sofia page on the Website, tell us where Rolla's Jeans is from and what you love most about wearing jeans.
To enter, entrants must be actively subscribed to Rolla’s Jeans customer database and completed the entry form on the Website. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Each entrant has the ability to gain extra additional points to win by sharing their unique entry referral link to invite others to enter. To be credited for a referral, a user must complete an entry by using the unique entry referral link.
The competition commences at 12:00am AEDT on Tuesday 4 February 2020 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 13 February 2020.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
The winning entries will be drawn by Rolla’s Jeans at Threebyone Pty Ltd, 68-70 Hanover Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065, Australia at 10am AEDT on Friday 14 February 2020. The winners will be notified via phone on this day.
The first valid entry drawn from Australia will win:
- Exclusive access for two to the Rolla’s Jeans x Sofia Richie VIP Launch Party in Los Angeles
- Two return tickets to Los Angeles, departing Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane on Wednesday 19 February 2020 and returning on Sunday 23 February 2020 valued at AU$2,500>
- Four nights accommodation in Los Angeles valued at AU$1,000
- Two AU$500 Rolla’s Jeans Gift Cards valued at AU$500
The two travelling persons from Australia must hold valid passports and must be ready and able to travel from Wednesday 19 February 2020 and returning on Sunday 23 February 2020.
If the phone number of a winner supplied is invalid, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. If the prize is not claimed by 4pm AEDT Friday 14 February 2020 or if a winner does not hold a valid passport and is not ready and able to travel during the above dates, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted. In this event, no compensation will be given to the original winner. Additional reserve entries will be drawn in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The total prize pool has a value of $5,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize does not include transfers, car hire or spending money. Any additional spending money, flights, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point, additions to stipulated itineraries and offered flights and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winners.
The name and email address of each entrant will be added to the Rolla’s Jeans customer database for marketing and communications purposes. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from Rolla’s Jeans. Entrants can elect to discontinue from marketing communications at any time.
It is a condition of entry that Threebyone Pty Ltd has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.
This competition is open to all residents of Australia and the United States of America over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors and their immediate families of Threebyone Pty Ltd or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Threebyone Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:
- theft or fraud
- the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries
- an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control
- any third-party interference
- any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software
- the redemption of gift vouchers, and
- participation in this competition generally
If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control, Threebyone Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Website.
