6: Competition Period Start Date and Time
Competition commences Monday, 17th February 2020 at 9.00am AEDT

8: Entry Restrictions
(a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over at the time of Entry.
(b) Entrants and their companion must be an Australian resident and have a registered address in either the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria or Western Australia.
(c) Entrants and their companion must already be the holder of a current passport with at least six (6) months validity from the travel date.
(d) The Winner and their companion must be available to travel at a time determined by the Promoter between Thursday, 26th March 2020 and Thursday, 2nd April 2020. The total nights spent in Los Angeles, U.S., will be five (5) nights so the Winner and their companion may not be away for the entire time specified above. Exact travel dates are subject to airline availabilities.
(e) Entrants and their companion must be able to travel and attend the 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles, U.S., between Thursday, 26th March 2020 and Thursday, 2nd April 2020. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their Entry.
(f) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio Australia user. A registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident who has downloaded the iHeartRadio Australia App and registered their details; or who is an Australian resident who has registered with iHeartRadio Australia with their details online at

(g) For Entries via social media, Entrants must have their profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their Entry.
9: How to Enter
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air, online and social media commercials to visit the Station website and fully complete the online Entry Form including by providing their contact details – full name, phone number, e-mail and address.
(b) Each valid Entry received by the time specified by the Station will be placed into a random Prize Draw.
(c) The Promoter will draw one (1) Entry and that Entrant will be deemed a Winner and receive the Prize.

Upon completing the online Entry Form, Entrants will be presented with three (3) opportunities for Bonus Entries as outlined below. All Bonus Entries will be capped at one (1) per Entrant for all of the below options.

There is up to one (1) Prize to be won valued at up to $8,000.00 AUD including GST, as follows:

The Prize must be claimed by Wednesday, 18th March 2020 at 3.00pm AEDT in order for the Winner to take the trip and attend the 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 3.00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 18th March 2020, they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be drawn.
The Promoter will contact the Winner with the contact details the Winner registered with on the online Entry Form, to arrange fulfilment of the Prize.
18: Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the Prize has not been claimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw to select a new Winner will be conducted on Wednesday, 18th March 2020 at 4.00pm AEDT at the Australian Radio Network – 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, New South Wales 2113.

(a) Entrants and their companion must be able to travel and attend the 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles, U.S., between Thursday, 26th March 2020 and Thursday, 2nd April 2020. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their Entry.
(b) Once a Winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to Win any additional tickets to the same event.
(c) Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winner will not be compensated.
(d) If the event is cancelled for any reason, the tickets will not be transferable for any other Prize.
(e) Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
(f) Travel must be taken on the dates to be specified by the Promoter / is subject to black-out period as specified by the Prize Provider. If a Winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do not take an element of the Prize within the time stipulated, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.
(g) The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to meals, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, visas, additional spending money, travel insurance and all other transfers, including travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the Winner is from a regional area.
