The promotion is open to all legal residents of the countries listed on the end of these regulations who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timming:
The promotion will begin at 00:00 A.M. (GMT) on the 1st of January 2020 and will end at 00:00 P.M. (GMT) on the 30th of June 2020.
How to Enter:
To take part in the Navigator Paper Promotion visit navigator2020.com and enter the code you will find on the ream package or use a free code available on the same website, your e-mail address (the e-mail address can't contain a plus sign) and your actual country.
Each ream code or generated free code can only be used one time during the Promotion period and grants three credits to play.
Free Codes:
To take part in the Navigator Paper Promotion you do not need to purchase any Navigator Paper product. On the promotion website, available at navigator2020.com you will be able to obtain free codes replacing the promotional codes found on the Navigator packages.
Prizes:
The prize is an iPhone® 11 black, with 64Gb of Storage. More information here:

Only when you receive the Certification Code (shown on the screen and in your winners’ e-mail) are you eligible to win the iPhone® 11. Please keep this code safe for use when you contact the Help Desk. You will need this code as proof that you have won.
Should there be any doubts about the date and time of the winning email, it will considered as official the information recorded by the game server at the moment of sending.
Limit of one (1) iPhone® 11 per person (per Identification Document), for the duration of this Promotion.
Prize algorithm:
Prizes will be awarded to the participants that are assigned a winning moment. A moment is an index of promotion participation that increases after each successful participation.
Winning moments will be generated on a daily basis considering the amount of all games played throughout the promotion.
Prize Validation and Delivery:
Winners who entered a code to take part in the competition will be allowed a 15 day period to send the original ream package (full wrapper without sheets) containing the winning code, together with a printed copy of the confirmation email and a photocopy of any form of identification document to the address stated below.

It is the participants sole responsibility to deliver the documents to the address above. Documents need to be sent by ordinary (recommended) mail.
Prizes will be reserved for each winner during a 15 day period that will start on the date of the e-mail confirmation. Should the documents listed above are not received during the 15 day period, the corresponding prize will be forfeited, and it will become available to other participant.
Prizes will be sent to the residents in one of the eligible countries of this promotion without any additional shipping costs. The prize delivery address must correspond to the country you have selected in the game form (form on the “Play” page).
Prizes will be delivered only once, through an international shipping service (DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar).
The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of prize availability by the manufacturer, therefore should the recipient not receive the prize, the promoter will not attempt a 2nd delivery.
Invalid Participations:
Incomplete, invalid or incorrect participations will not be accepted by any means. Only when you receive the Certification Code (shown on the screen and in your winners’ e-mail) are you eligible to win the iPhone® 11. Please keep this code safe for use when you contact the Help Desk.
You will need this code as proof that you have won. Participants will only be considered valid winners if they present an e-mail with the prize confirmation within the valid date and time of the game. Email date and time registered by the game server will be considered official. Email receipt date and time will not be considered valid.
Any break on the procedures listed here will result in disqualification of the participant and their prize will be forfeited.

Personal data collected during this promotion is limited to the minimum needed to enter the promotion and in any case it will be available to third parties.
The Navigator Company agrees to protect the participants' personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, as required by the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 14.
The Navigator Company warrants you, under the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 11, the possibility to access, update or remove your personal data at any time.
