The "Email Newsletter Sign Up Competition" is sponsored by Babybee Prams and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee Prams, are final in all respects. Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entry period
Entry is open from 9am Tuesday 1 January 2019 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December 2020. Only entries received in the calendar month immediately prior to the draw date will be eligible for the monthly prize draw. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via email within 2 weeks of completion of the monthly draw.
How to enter
Sign up for the Babybee Email Newsletter via the pop-up widget on the Babybee website at
https://babybeeprams.com.au/Individuals can only enter one time.
Winner selection
On the first day of each month, a winner will be randomly selected from all entrants from the previous month.
The prize
The prize will be a voucher code for $250 off the purchase price of any Pram sold on the Babybee website, or a $250 refund on any previous Babybee Pram purchased through the website. The prize is not exchangeable for other products or cash unless agreed to by Babybee Prams.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE PRAMS, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE PRAMS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. BABYBEE PRAMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
