Saffire Major Prize Terms and Conditions
All valid entries to the complete competition are automatically entered into the draw for the major prize. The winner of the Saffire Freycinet major prize will be drawn and announced on Friday 4th September 2020. The winner will be drawn at Salamanca Fresh Head Office, North Hobart 7000.
The major prize includes two night’s accommodation for two people in a Luxury Suite Saffire Freycinet. The prize includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-suite mini bar and selected beverages for two, and $100 Property Credit for use towards Signature Experience, Spa or Premium Beverage. The major prize package is valued at $5000.
A gift voucher will be issued to the winner. The voucher is to be presented upon arrival and will be retained by Saffire Freycinet staff. The voucher in non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, is valid only once and is to be taken as a total package. Blackout dates apply, valid until dates are issued on the voucher. General Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
Entry to the promotion commences on 03 August 2020 and ends on 31st August 2020 (Promotional Period).
To receive an entry into the draw, individuals must complete ALL of the following steps:
1. Spend a minimum of $50 in one transaction at any Salamanca Fresh store (minimum spend excludes purchase of cigarettes and tobacco or tobacco related products; gift cards; and phone credit).
2. Include two (2) or more products from participating brands as part of the purchase transaction. Participating brands will be clearly marked throughout the store and can be found in these terms and conditions.
3. Complete an entry form located on the bottom of the cash register receipt. All details must be entered including name, phone number and email address. Entries must be legible for the promoter to read. The entrant agrees to sign up to the Salamanca Fresh newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Lodge entry form in-store prior to 7pm on 31st August 2020.
5. Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:
– Only one entry permitted per eligible transaction
– Each entry must be made separately and in accordance with the entry requirements
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The winner will be notified by telephone within one business day of the draw and their name will be published in Salamanca Fresh promotional material including, but not limited to, electronic direct mail, Salamanca Fresh website and social media.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win the relevant draw.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time specified by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Total prize pool value is up to $8,140.00.
Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
