By entering into the competition “Hot 91’s Beat The Trolley”, you (the Entrant) acknowledge, accept and
agree to the following terms and conditions, as amended from time to time and displayed on the Promoter’s
webpage.

4. Who can enter Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old who resides within the Gympie
area.
Entrants must not be the employees or the immediate family members (spouse; de
facto spouse; or natural, adopted or step, parent, child, or sibling) of the employees
of the Promoter, the Prize provider(s), of any of the suppliers or agencies associated
with this competition, or of any of the related bodies corporate (as that term is
defined in s50 of the Corporations Act 2001
(Cth)) of the Promoter, the Prize provider(s), or of those suppliers or agencies.

effect and yell “Stop” before it hits an unsuspecting car in the carpark to win Coles
Buderim gift cards (the amount last said over the trolley sound effects before you
said “Stop”). But wait too long and hit a parked car, and you’ll go home with nothing.
6. Number of
entries
Once a person plays Hot 91’s Beat The Trolley on air, they may not enter again
(even if they do not win Coles Buderim gift cards).

description
Up to $2,000 worth of Coles Buderim gift cards (in $25 denominations). Prize
contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.

In all matters, all decisions of Hot 91 will be final and cannot be contested. No
correspondence or discussions will be entertained, and any defamatory comments
found on social media relating to Promoter, the Prize provider(s), of any of the
suppliers or agencies associated with this competition will be reported.
11. Notification of
winner
Winners will be notified immediately of their win, and receive further contact from Hot
91 to arrange collection of their prize.
12. Forfeit and
Redraw
If a caller has already played Hot 91’s Beat The Trolley on air, they will forfeit any
further opportunities to play and any associated prizing.
13. Issuing the
Prize
Winners will need to collect their prize from the Hot 91 studio located at 17 Carnaby
St, Maroochydore, QLD.
14. Publicity By entering this competition you agree to the following:
• Hot 91 to broadcast your name on air and publish your photo on the station
website and/or social media accounts
• Hot 91 96 to share your details with our competition partner, Coles Buderim
associated with this competition
As part of the Prize the Promoter may require the winner to participate in radio
interview(s).
15. Privacy By entering this Competition all Entrants accept the Promoters’ Privacy Policy as
amended from time to time and available on the participating radio station websites.
All Entrants’ details are automatically entered on the Promoter’s promotions
database and that of any associated sponsors of the promotion. The Promoter also
maintains a record of the winner’s details.
By entering into this Competition, each Entrant consents to his or her personal
information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) being used for:
● the purpose of distribution of the Prize by the Promoter, the Prize provider(s)
and third parties;
● publicity purposes by the Promoter for the purpose of the Competition,
including broadcast on radio and publication online and on social media of
