By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering this competition, you agree to being photographed, videoed or interviewed by Beerenberg Farm for social media purposes upon acceptance of the prize.
By entering this competition, you agree to receive information and marketing communications via email, mail or phone.
You have the right to unsubscribe from Beerenberg Farm emails at any time via a link provided at the bottom of all email communications.

Closing date for entries is 8am on 6th of October 2020. After this time and date, strictly no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entry is free and to be submitted online only. One entry per email address.
Winner will be chosen by random.
The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and address suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.

Winners will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
