1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
2. Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (Sitchu, Pony Rider, In The Roundhouse, The Upside, Splice Boutique, Fazeek, Grown Alchemist and Mosey Me) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
3. To enter, entrants must subscribe to the Sitchu database and complete the entry form housed here by answering the 25 words or less question. Only one entry is permitted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
4. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion.
6. Winners of the competition must be 21 years old and over and residents of Australia.
7. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
8. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an itinerary of equal value at their discretion.

13. The prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Competition.
14. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
15. Each prize is valid as per the outlined time from the associated brand or as per outlined in Point 11. Prize items cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or item other than what is outlined in point 11.
16. Promotion commences Monday December 7th 2020 and closes midnight Monday December 14th 2020.
17. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.

19. The information you are asked to provide to Sitchu is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Sitchu will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
20. All entries become the property of Sitchu. The promoter may use the entrant's names and literary pieces for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes. Literary pieces will be published in an anonymised format
21. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
22. It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.
23. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Sitchu (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
24. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
25. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by Sitchu then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
26. Entries will be judged at Sitchu Head office on Monday December 14th 2020 and the winner’s name will be published on Sitchu Instagram accounts within 30 days of the draw.
27. The winner will be notified in writing by email within thirty (30) working days of the conclusion of the competition. The prizes will be sent to a designated address as supplied by the winner, and Sitchu or the partner brand do not hold any responsibility for lost/damaged goods.
28. If Sitchu is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw and Sitchu has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant then Sitchu will award the prize to another valid entrant.
