Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees, directors, management and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter:
(a) Purchase any BabyLove Swim Pants pack from a participating Good Price Pharmacy in QLD, NSW, SA, WA TAS & VIC during the promotional period. Customers then complete the entry form with their details, attach purchase receipt and submit in the entry box at the store.
(b) Competition start date is December 1st, 2020 and closes January 31st, 2021.
(c) The first 3 valid entries drawn will each win a $500 eftpos card to use for Swimming lessons. Total prize pool is $1,500.
(d) Prize draw will take place at Good Price, Level 1, 6 Dividend Street, Mansfield, QLD, 4122 at 1.00pm on the 26th February, 2021. Winners will be notified by 8th March, 2021 and names posted on the Promoters Facebook page 7 days after draw. The winners will be notified via phone.
4. If any prize remains unclaimed the Promoter may conduct further draws as are necessary. If any prize(s) remain unclaimed within 3 months of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday May 10th, 2021 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions given by the State and Territory regulators as applicable. If draw is required winners will be notified by phone and have their names published on the Promoters Facebook page on the 17th of May , 2021.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
7. The Promoter & Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into their databases unless stated otherwise by entrants. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information or obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy should be directed to the Promoters at their address set out below.
