Also a reminder for those wishing to sell any unwanted prizes, to please use the Unwanted Prizes or Auction sections for this purpose.  Please do not list your intent to sell in this thread, as this would show Trainees what is available and would invite them to pm a seller directly.  Trainees do not have access to the Unwanted Prizes or Auction sections, and have to attain the status of Junior Member before they are allowed to trade.  This rule is to protect our trading community from members who have no established posting history in ACC.

Received a registered package this morning, no letter just return address of Bang PR Surry Hills, containing a DVD called Somewhere.  Does anyone know what comp this might be.  I remember entering one for Mindfood but this does not close until 31st July.

Ditto to the above for me as well namkorb - glad to win a dvd & looks like a good film but have no idea where from either!? Would love to know too if anyone can shed any light on this. :)

I won a National Geographic Dinosaur CSI DVD. A small win, but a win nevertheless!

Euky Bear prize pack came today - It came with a HUGE soft toy (little girl lovesssss it) and a bottle of Bearub so I am very happy!

My Indulgence Winter Warmer prize turned up today  - round metal planter containing soft pink throw rug (keeping me warm as I type at the computer!), 3 scented candles, scented sachet, French-style hand towel & 2 face washers - very nice!  Also received a pair of Marie Claire sunglasses & Garnier eye roll-on for an Acorn survey.  Good luck to everyone this week  :D.

WEM tickets to sit down comedy club (steady Eddy)

I got a call from Air New Zealand congratulating me on winning two tickets to NZ. I have no idea what competition these came from - I think they might have been from a Snow or Ski expo but these shows were all back in May. Anyone have any idea which comp this might be - the letter says the prize is for flights only between Sydney and Christchurch or Queenstown. I live in Melbourne so I don't know why I would have entered for flights from Sydney (now if it was flights from Sydney to London then I definitely would have entered).

Mystery solved. It was from Three Thousand and it was a 25wol (third ski related trip/holiday I've won with the same tag line!). Also it was a mix up on the prize letter and they are going to change it to be flights from Melbourne.

Hubby was looking at me with disgust whilst I spooned the Vegemite out of the jar so I could enter both comps at once - he is less disgusted now :-)

Congratulations Larabelle (and your mum). I so wanted to win one of those quilts. How did you find out you won? Did the quilt just arrive in the post? What colour combination quilt did they give to the winners?

I only managed to spoon out one jar before deciding not to do any more - it reminded me too much of axle grease!

Ross we are working hard on trying to win a ski trip, it's sooo expensive to ski here!

I decided not to take this during ski season because the price for accommodation and ski lift tickets in NZ was going to be astronomical. The Rugby World Cup is on soon so they are obviously looking to milk all the tourists who are there and want to go skiing.

Instead I'll look at taking this early next year.

Thanks Ladybird: They just arrived at the door on Wednesday - Mum rang me at work to tell me one had arrived at her house - a gold/red/brownish striped one - and then I got home to find one at my front door too - a dark blue/white striped one. I must admit I have entered that comp for about 3 years  and never won anything so it was a real coup...

I've had my first win after my break off comping, tickets to the Sydney Organic expo! Thank you to the poster!
