Ross we are working hard on trying to win a ski trip, it's sooo expensive to ski here!

I got a call from Air New Zealand congratulating me on winning two tickets to NZ. I have no idea what competition these came from - I think they might have been from a Snow or Ski expo but these shows were all back in May. Anyone have any idea which comp this might be - the letter says the prize is for flights only between Sydney and Christchurch or Queenstown. I live in Melbourne so I don't know why I would have entered for flights from Sydney (now if it was flights from Sydney to London then I definitely would have entered).

Mystery solved. It was from Three Thousand and it was a 25wol (third ski related trip/holiday I've won with the same tag line!). Also it was a mix up on the prize letter and they are going to change it to be flights from Melbourne.

I decided not to take this during ski season because the price for accommodation and ski lift tickets in NZ was going to be astronomical. The Rugby World Cup is on soon so they are obviously looking to milk all the tourists who are there and want to go skiing.

Instead I'll look at taking this early next year.

Both my Mum and I won a "silky quilt" from 'Better Homes & Gardens' - thanks sammyt for the post. Also a watch turned up from "Pacific Magazines" - absolutely NO idea what comp that was from. And Miss Four won a colouring comp at the local shopping centre. She'll be over the moon with her $50 gift voucher and more colouring stuff!

Congratulations Larabelle (and your mum). I so wanted to win one of those quilts. How did you find out you won? Did the quilt just arrive in the post? What colour combination quilt did they give to the winners?

Thanks Ladybird: They just arrived at the door on Wednesday - Mum rang me at work to tell me one had arrived at her house - a gold/red/brownish striped one - and then I got home to find one at my front door too - a dark blue/white striped one. I must admit I have entered that comp for about 3 years  and never won anything so it was a real coup...

A winning letter to say I've won $100 worth of Dr. LeWinn products from the Dr. LeWinns "Why Old Can Wait" promotion.

I also finallly received my $2,000 Alannah Hill gift voucher from the Max Factor / New Idea makover competition - after 17 weeks!!  I'm in Melbourne this weekend so good timing for a shopping trip!

So, a great week all around as I've had quite a drought lately!

Some great wins this week, congrats everyone.  Just double-checked my Dairy Farmers yoghurt container, they are giving away $1000 travel vouchers instant wins - well done Misty1, I've entered that one a number of times & no luck yet.  But I ended the week on a lucky note, WEM from Vibe Village/Cadbury Mousse, won $100 Endota spa voucher - yay, love a bit of pampering!!!

Received my prize from the Palmolive Body Butter comp (already posted)  1 night's accommodation at Intercontinental Sydney (including drinks and breakfast) and a $500.00 dinner at the Quay Restaurant Sydney.  Looking forward to that.
