CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Instructions on how to enter and prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.
1. Entry is only open to residents worldwide aged 18 years or over (“Eligible
Entrants”). Employees, licensees and contractors (and their families) of the
Promoter or its subsidiaries are ineligible to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and
reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry
process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry.
3. To enter, Eligible Entrants must fully complete the online entry form on
the
www.gogolfing.net.au website during the promotional period. Limit
one entry per Eligible Entrant. Additional entries can be achieved by:
Liking us on Facebook, Referring a friend and sharing the promotion on
Facebook. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries each Eligible
Entrant may receive during the course of the promotion provided all
details are of a valid email address supplied. The operation of the “refer a
friend” mechanic is subject to the Spam Act 2003. Entrants should only
refer friends/family members with whom they have a direct relationship
and who consent to receiving information about these types of promotions.
4. The promotion commences at 9am AEST on Saturday 1 March 2014 and
closes at 10am AEDST on Monday 31 July 2014. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The winner will be selected randomly from all correct entries. The judge’s
decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
6. The draw will take place on Monday 4 August 2014 at 44a Wharf Street,
Tweed Heads NSW 2485 at 10am AEDST. The winner will be notified by
phone or email. Prize cannot be transferred or sold.
The first valid entry drawn will win flights for 2 people from any capital
city in Australia or New Zealand to Auckland, return New Zealand airport
transfers, three nights accommodation with breakfast at the Sebel Suites in
Auckland, 4 nights accommodation onboard the ship including all meals
prepared by chef, helicopter transfers to Gulf Harbour Country Club,
Titirangi Golf Club, Kauri Cliffs x 2 and The Carrington Club, plus
internal flights to the Bay of Islands (Keri Keri). Prize must be confirmed
by 30 September and taken on 8 February 2015. The prize booking must
be made through Go Golfing Travel.
7. The total prize package is valued in excess of AU$15,000.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, that element of
the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded
in lieu of that element of the prize.
10. Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all
prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The
Prize includes accommodation and breakfast. Any other travel expenses
and ancillary costs (including but not limited to spending money, meals,
taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure point and any necessary
flights to/from the departing city) are the winner’s responsibility. If the
winner does not reside in Australia or New Zealand, they will need to
make their own arrangements to be available in time for the holiday start.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error
that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The
Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of
entries.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned
(including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction
of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof,
(including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any
other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or
down-loading any materials in this competition.
14. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the
entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider
used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be
deemed invalid.
15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct
the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant
may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this
personal information for the purpose of forwarding promotional and
marketing material about the Promoter and its related entities to the entrant,
including by electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct
any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out

17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image
and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time
without remuneration for the purpose of forwarding future promotional
and marketing material (including any outcome), and promoting any
products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may
arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be
sought.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age,
identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification
considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The
Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at their
absolute discretion. Prize winner may be required to sign a declaration
confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
20. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents shall not be held
liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses
suffered or sustained or incurred (including but limited to indirect or
consequential loss) arising out of or in any way connected with this
competition and/or the prizes except for liability that cannot be excluded
by law.
