Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older only. (“Eligible Entrant”) Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

To receive additional entries in the competition;
Every friend of yours on Facebook that enters the promotion after you have entered grants you 1 additional entry in the promotion;
The promotion commences at 09:00am (AEST) on 23/05/14 and closes at 05.00pm (AEST) on 18/07/14 (Promotional Period).
There will be 1 Major Prize in total. All valid entries received within the promotional period outlined above will be entered into the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw will take place on and 22/07/14 at 02.00pm (AEST) at 18 / 137-145 Rooks Road Nunawading, VIC 3131, Australia.
The first valid entry drawn will win the following Major prize:
1 X $500 VOUCHER for use at ANY Caravanning Queensland Member Holiday Park valued at RRP $500 AUD
The winning entry will receive a $500 holiday voucher to be used for accommodation at any CPAQ member park, subject to availability, and prior to expiration date.
The voucher is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire on 22/07/15
The voucher can be used at multiple parks and for multiple bookings, prior to the expiration date, but cannot exceed a combined total of $500. The winner is responsible for any value over the $500 amount.
Any unused amount after the expiration date will be considered voided.
The winner must advise Caravanning Queensland the name of the park(s) they intend to book at and what dates they wish to book for (subject to availability in the park)
Total maximum value of Major prize is valued at RRP $500.00 AUD All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The second valid entry drawn will win the following Runners Up prize:

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
The winner will be notified by phone or email within two (2) working days of the draw. Prizes will be available within 28 days from the prize draw or any other period that may be agreed between the promoter and the winner.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on the 24/10/14 (being at least 3 months after the date of the major prize draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be notified in writing via Facebook private message within two (2) working days of the draw.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
