Snapper on Lake Burley Griffin is the Canberra Southern Cross Yacht Club’s renamed, refurbished and relocated fish and chip shop. The restaurant offers great food including fresh fish and chips, along with lake views, live music and a relaxed family atmosphere.
Snapper also provides breakfast, serving Griffin coffee blend – developed exclusively by the Lonsdale St Roasters for the Canberra Southern Cross Club. There are also freshly prepared snacks and pastries, as well as a range of Emma and Tom’s juices. The weekend breakfast menu includes bacon and egg rolls using Pialligo bacon and free-range eggs, frittata, bircher muesli and fresh fruit salad with berry yoghurt.
Open: 8am to 8pm seven days a week
