20 Week Build time guarantee Terms and Conditions – A Chance to Win $250,000 Promotion

Conditions of Eligibility
Your home will eligible for the 20 Week Build Time Guarantee (Guarantee Build Time) if the proposed house fulfills the following conditions:

    The house is one of our standard designs with no modifications;
    The house is in the metropolitan area;
    The house does not require retaining walls;
    The house does not include a driveway, paths, and the terms set out below are met.

Terms of the Guarantee
If your house is eligible for the Guarantee, then B1 Homes will guarantee to complete the construction of your house within twenty (20) weeks of commencing its construction (as described below) (Guaranteed Build Time).

However, where the progress of construction is delayed by an outside party or act of god, your house will no longer be eligible for the Guarantee Build Time.

Construction of a house commences on the day the slab of the house is poured.

Construction of a house concludes on the day that B1 Homes delivers a Practical Completion Certificate in accordance with the Building Agreement.
