1. This is a member’s only promotion.
2. During the month of September there will be no ‘Cash Bonanza Promotion’.
3. Car Park Grand Opening promotion 2 x $5000 draws will take place at 2pm and 7pm on Sundays in
September.
Week 1: Earn entries from Sunday 28th August 7pm to 4th September 7pm.
Week 2: Earn entries from Sunday 4th September 7pm to Sunday 11th September 7pm
Week 3: Earn entries from Sunday 11th September 7pm to Sunday 18th September 7pm
Week 4: Car or $10,000 Cash draw as per normal, last Sunday of every month.
4. Members earn a ticket into the draw by either spending $3 at POS and using their membership card
or $5 turnover on gaming machines with their membership card inserted. Visitor cards are not
eligible to enter this promotion.
5. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these conditions of entry.
6. It is not the responsibility of the promoter to ensure members receive tickets into this promotion.
7. All tickets are automatically generated into the virtual barrel, no paper tickets will be printed.
8. Members must activate any tickets earned in this promotion by one of the following ways any time
after 10am on Sunday (before 2pm to have entries in both draws or after 2pm members will only
have tickets into the 7pm draw.)
- Swipe membership card any of the kiosks
- Have their card inserted into any gaming machines
- Have their card swiped when purchasing via POS
9. The Club will not be held responsible for any virtual barrel system failure, or for a member failing
to activate their tickets.
10. At the end of each Sunday, the virtual barrel entries are cleared ready for the next week’s tickets to
be earned.
11. Periodically entries are drawn at random by promotions staff, from the virtual barrel.
12. Members must be present to claim a prize in the promotion.
13. Once an entry is drawn the member then has two minutes to identify themselves with current
membership card to promotions staff in order to further participate in the promotion.
14. Member’s failure to identify themself within the two minute time frame then forfeits their right to
continue in that part of the promotion and a redraw will occur immediately, following the two
minutes time frame, to select the next winner.
15. Winning members, once correctly identified, will awarded $5000 cash.
16. All prizes must be claimed by close of business on the date of the promotion.
17. Conduct of this promotion, including decisions on eligibility of persons to enter, is the responsibility
of the promotions staff, whose decision in all matters is final. No correspondence shall be entered
into.
18. The promotions staff of Pine Rivers Memorial Bowls Club Inc reserves the right to change any details
of the promotion without prior notice.
