By entering the Mitsubishi Electric Australia – Better Homes and Gardens Live ‘Win a Fridge’ Competition you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:
PART A – GENERAL TERMS
1. Information on how to enter the Mitsubishi Electric Australia – Better Homes and Gardens Live ‘Win a Fridge’ Competition and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Registering to be part of the Mitsubishi Electric Australia – Better Homes and Gardens Live ‘Win a Fridge’ Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entrants must comply with these conditions of entry to be valid.
PART B – PROMOTER’S DETAILS
3. The promoter is Mitsubishi Electric Australia, 348 Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116, AUSTRALIA (ABN: 58 001 215 792) (Promoter). PART C – WHO CAN ENTER
4. The competition is open to any person who visits the Mitsubishi Electric Australia stand at Better Homes and Gardens Live Sydney show between 16th - 18th September 2016 and Melbourne show between 14th -16th October 2016, and fills out an electronic entry form in full on the iPad’s provided on the stand.
5. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over. If the entrant is under 18 years old, you must have your parents’ permission to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 6. Employees of the Promoter or the Promoter’s associated agencies or companies directly involved in the Better Homes and Gardens Live Shows and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
PART D – HOW TO ENTER 7. The Competition Period commences on: a. Sydney: 10.00am AEDT on Friday 16th September 2016 b. Melbourne: 10.00am AEDT on Friday 14th October 2016 8. The Competition Period closes on: a. Sydney: 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday 18th September 2016 b. Melbourne: 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday 16th October 2016
9. To enter this competition you must visit the Mitsubishi Electric Australia stand at the Better Homes and Gardens Live Sydney (Stand 3650) or Melbourne (Stand 2932) shows and completes the electronic entry form in full.
10. Only one entry per person.
PART E – HOW TO WIN
11. Any person who has completed an electronic entry form at Better Homes and Gardens Live Sydney or Melbourne within the Competition Period is eligible to win. a. Sydney - One (1) entrant will be drawn at random on Tuesday 20th September 2016 at 11:00 am (AEDT) at Mitsubishi Electric Australia head office 348 Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116 as the winner of the Grand Prize.
b. Melbourne - One (1) entrant will be drawn at random on Tuesday 18th October 2016 at 11:00 am (AEDT) at Mitsubishi Electric Australia head office 348 Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116 as the winner of the Grand Prize.
12. The winning entry will be drawn via a Random Number Generator. 13. Winners will be notified by a phone call and an email by a representative of the Promoter.
14. Winners will be published on the Mitsubishi Electric Australia Facebook page. PART F – PRIZE

16. The prize (including any unused portion) must be taken as stated, and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that the winning entrant does not take, or is unable to use, the prize or any portion of it for any reason.
17. Entrants grant the Promoter permission to communicate with them by email and/or telephone in order to provide instructions as to how the winning entrant is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
18. If the prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter, in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. In participating in the Competition, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial and media/PR activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner authorises the Promoter to use such footage and photographs together with the winner’s name, voice, video entry, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide without additional compensation or further reference to the winner.
PART G – UNCLAIMED PRIZES 20. Sydney - Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if the prize is: a. Not claimed by the winning entrant by Tuesday 20th December 2016; or b. Forfeited for any reason, the prize will be deemed unclaimed c. In the event that the winner is not available a winner will be re-drawn on Wednesday 21st December 2016 at 11:00am (AEDT) at the Mitsubishi Electric Australia head office 348 Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116. 21. Melbourne - Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if the prize is: a. Not claimed by the winning entrant by Wednesday 18th January 2017; or b. Forfeited for any reason, the prize will be deemed unclaimed c. In the event that the winner is not available a winner will be re-drawn on Thursday 19th January 2017 at 11:00am (AEDT) at the Mitsubishi Electric Australia head office 348 Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116.
