Terms and Conditions
By entering the Win a Mafia II and PlayStation 3 Prize Pack Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 15 years of age or older.
3. Employees and immediate families of Take 2 Interactive, MNET Group Limited, and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
4. The competition commences on Saturday 14 August 2010 @ 00:01 AEST and concludes on Monday 13 September 2010 @ 23:59 AEST.
5. To enter, entrants must log on to
www.mafia2competition.com and then provide the following entry details:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Date of Birth
d. Email Address
e. Best day time telephone contact number
f. Opt in to receive 2K Games monthly online newsletters
6. Entrants may only permitted to enter once.
7. Entries must be received by Monday 13 September 2010 @ 23:59 AEST. The time of entry will be the time the online entry is received by the 2K Games database.
8. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
9. There will be five (5) winners. Each winner will receive the prize package shown below:

10. Total Prize Value is $3,040.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct at the date of entry and no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any change in prize value between now and the eventual date on which the prize is taken.
The winners are responsible for all other expenses involved in the collection and/or participation of the prize.
If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. All valid entries received during the competition period will be included in the draw. Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn from all entries and if the entry complies with clause 5 will become the winner/s.
12. The draw will take place at MNET Group Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Thursday 16 September 2010 @ 10:00 AEST.
13. Winners will be notified by a phone call and email within two (2) days of the draw. Winners’ names will be published in the Public Notices of The Australian newspaper on Monday 27 September 2010.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of the prize and the prize suppliers’ requirements.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
17. If required, and subject to state government legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at MNET Group Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Friday 17 December 2010 @ 10:00 AEDT. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published in the Public Notices of The Australian newspaper on Monday 27 December 2010.
18. Take 2 Interactive and associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
19. Take 2 Interactive and associated agencies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur; during the draw; whilst undertaking any travel connected with entry into the draw; in the participation in any prize; as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; in relation to failure of an SMS entry message being received by the Promoter due to technical problems or traffic congestion; or arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
20. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state government legislation.
