To enter, during the promotional period, entrants must:

purchase any specially marked Rosella or Four'N Twenty product from a participating store;
log onto www.rosella.com.au and complete the entry form including the unique receipt number issued by the store for their Rosella or Four'N Twenty purchase; and
Register to hold a Biggest Aussie Pie Night.
Individuals should only send the invitation email to friends, family, colleagues and other individuals who they have a direct relationship with, and who consent to receiving these types of messages.

Entrants must retain the purchase receipt/s for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoters, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The Promoters reserve the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoters' discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 01/07/10. Entries close 5pm AEDST on 14/10/10. The draw for the major prize will take place at AdMail ASP, Suite 603, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, NSW 2067 on 18/10/10 at 11am AEDST. The winner will be notified by phone, mail and email and their name will be published in The Australian on 22/10/10. Promoters' decision is final in relation to all aspects of this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements (c) only one entry per unique receipt number is permitted; (d) the same unique receipt number cannot be used more than once; and (e) unrecognised receipt numbers will be deemed invalid.

The first valid entry drawn from all entries received up to 5pm AEDST on 14/10/10 will win an "Ultimate Sports Weekend Package" comprising of:
two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) people in a Grand View King Room at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Melbourne;
daily breakfast in Collins Kitchen for two (2) people;
a 1-hour private coaching clinic for two (2) with the winner's choice (subject to availability and the date that the prize is taken) of one (1) of the following sports stars - Nathan Buckley (AFL), Cooper Cronk (NRL), Todd Woodbridge (tennis) Cameron White (cricket) or Jarrod Lyle (Golf);
$300 to spend on tickets to a sporting event of the winner's choice in Melbourne. Events/tickets are subject to availability on the winner's chosen weekend; and
$500 spending money.


If the winner resides outside of VIC, the prize also includes 2 x return economy airfares to Melbourne from the winner's nearest capital city. If the winner resides in VIC, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash. Total prize value is at up to AU$3,500, depending on date and point of departure. All aspects of the prize must be taken on the same weekend.

The sporting stars will be available on limited weekends only. Once the winner selects the spots star they would like to have their coaching session with, the Promoters will provide the winner with the dates that their nominated sports star will be available. The coaching session with the selected sports stars awarded as part of the prize is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability and goodwill of the nominated sports star on the day. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute an alternative sporting personality, if those nominated above are not available on the winner's selected weekend.

The Promoters will endeavour to provide the winner with the tickets to their preferred weekend sporting event in Melbourne, however, if the Promoters are unable to procure the tickets to the winner's preferred event, the winner will be required to nominate another weekend sporting event in Melbourne.

Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 30/06/11, is subject to booking and flight availability and must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or peak periods. The accommodation of the prize is twin-share and the winner acknowledges that either they or their travel companion must be aged 18 years or over and that their travel companion will be required to share their room. The winner (and any companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoters reserve the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.

Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. All elements of the prize must be taken over the same weekend or will be forfeited by the winner.

Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated. Total prize pool is valued at up to AU$3,500.00.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoters, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.

If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.

If the prize remains unclaimed as at 08/02/11, the Promoters will conduct such further draws on that date at the same place and time as the original draw as are necessary, in order to award the prize, if unclaimed. In the event of a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, their name will be published in The Australian on 11/02/11.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written directions given under the Lottery Departments to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

The Promoters are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.

The Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on provision of this information. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and that the Promoters may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the offices of the Promoters. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

Entrants consent to the Promoters using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoters and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the appearance of any or all of the athletes is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of the prize.

Authority to fundraise
By registering and receiving your letter of confirmation you are authorized to raise money on behalf of Challenge.
As a registered host you accept these terms in connection with your event.

Costs of the Pie Night / Day
As the host you are responsible for any costs of holding the pie night or pie day.
In addition to any requests made by the host for contributions to the pie night or pie day, guests must make a donation to Challenge.

Media
Please advise Challenge if you wish to approach any media in relation to your event.

No door knocking
Challenge requires that there be no door-to-door appeal, street collections, email spam or telephone solicitation of any kind in connection with The Biggest Aussie Pie Night.

Raffles
If you decide to conduct a raffle at your event for prizes exceeding $500 you must contact Challenge.
There is no need to contact Challenge if the value of prizes offered does not exceed $500.

Donation Receipts
If a company or individual requires a receipt for their donation you must contact Challenge.
Donations over $2 are tax deductable.

Waiver
In participating in The Biggest Aussie Pie Night you acknowledge that you understand the activities and risks involved and agree, in consideration of permission to participate in the activities, to release and indemnify Challenge , its officers, employees and volunteers and all sponsors (be they individuals or organisations, singularly or collectively) from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, suits, expenses, causes of action, injuries, losses or inconvenience of any description whatsoever arising in any way from your participation in the activities.
