Conditions of Entry

The Promoter is Meyer Cookware Australia Pty Ltd, 1-19 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South VIC 3136, ABN 28 073 818 069 Tel: 03 9761 5655 (“Promoter”) Information provided by the Promoter on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Essteele Bellissimo Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be considered invalid. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries or notification letters. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Multiple entries are permitted, but each must be made with an individual valid receipt.

Promotion commences at 9:00am 6th August 2010. Entries must be received by close of business on 24th September 2010.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. Consumers chance to win;
For a chance to win , persons (Consumer) must;
Purchase any Essteele cookware from any participating retail outlet during the promotion period.
Validly complete the entry form and maintain a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase; and
Either leave the entry form with the participating retail outlet or enter online at www.essteele.com.au or send the entry form to Meyer Cookware Australia Pty Ltd, 1- 19 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South VIC 3136 Store Staff’s chance to win;
For a chance to win, persons (Store Staff) must;
Receive permission from the consumer to enter the competition through their entry form; and
Validly complete the Store Staff’s section of the entry form.
Store Staff can only enter through the valid entry of a consumer.

The Prize;
The first valid consumer entry drawn will win a Prada handbag valued at $2030.
The store staff who served the first valid consumer entry drawn will win a Prada handbag valued at $2030.
The second valid consumer entry drawn will win a Prada clutch valued at $1420.
The third valid entry drawn will win Prada perfume valued at $165.

Store Staff will have the opportunity to win state prizes as well;

NSW/ACT – 1st place Prada Perfume valued at $165, 2nd place Essteele Risotto Pan valued at $329.95

The total prize pool for the Promotion is $8614.70
– 1st, 2nd and 3rd Consumer prizes, 1st Store Staff national prize, 1st and 2nd Store Staff state prizes.

The value of the prize is accurate as at 21/05/10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize will be chosen by the Promoter and is not reflected in any promotion material. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value. The substitution of prizes is subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state or territory. The draw will take place at Meyer Cookware Australia Pty Ltd, 1-19 Merrindale Drive Croydon South VIC 3136 at 2:00pm on 4th October, 2010. The first valid entry drawn will win the 1st place prize. Winners will be notified by phone (a valid phone number must be provided on the entry form) and by mail, and all winners will be published in The Australian on 8th October, 2010. In the event of prizes being unclaimed, a redraw of any unclaimed prizes will after three months from the original draw date. The redraw will take place at Meyer Cookware Australia Pty Ltd, 1-19 Merrindale Drive Croydon South VIC 3136 at 2:00pm on 10th January, 2011. The first valid entry drawn will win the 1st place prize. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion, to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where relevant. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter may enter personal information (i.e names, addresses and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a database used for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. By entering the Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the use of their personal information in this manner. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
