Road Ahead Lifestyle is giving you the chance to win an indulgent short break for two people. One lucky couple will get the opportunity to spend a night at Matt Moran’s world-famous ARIA Restaurant in Brisbane and meet Matt himself.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, all you have to do is simply submit a photo and details of your favourite recipe. It could be nanna’s favourite, one that mum makes perfectly or your own creation.
If it tickles the taste buds of The Road Ahead Magazine’s editor then one lucky winner will receive the following great prize:

Two Qantas adult return airfares (maximum value $1,000).
Dinner for two people to the value of $300 at ARIA Brisbane.
Two night’s accommodation staying at a Brisbane hotel (maximum $200 per night).

A chance to meet Matt Moran (subject to Matt’s LIMITED availability).
Total prize value is $1,700 (RRP).

The competition opens at 8.30am Thursday, 2 December, 2010 and closes 5pm Monday, 31 January, 2011.
The competition will be drawn at 9am on Friday, 4 February, 2011. Winners will be contacted by email.

The winner may take the prize anytime up until June 30, 2011. However, meeting Matt Moran will be subject to Matt Moran’s LIMITED availability.
The winner may choose to pass up on meeting Matt Moran and take the rest of the prize at anytime up until June 30, 2011.

This competition is a promotion run by The Road Ahead Publishing Co Pty Ltd ABN 72 009 716 465 (“Promoter”).
Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible.

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The competition is open to entrants who are current RACQ members at the time the competition is drawn and over the age of 18 years.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, agents and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

Entry is by completing the online entry form at roadahead.com.au with your full name, address, contact phone number, email address and details of your recipe, as well as by uploading a picture of the finished dish in JPG format no larger than 500kb.
The entrants warrant that the recipe and photo of any dishes prepared are owned by the entrant, alternatively the entrant has permission to use the photo or recipe and the publishing of either will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person.

Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, however, only one prize will be awarded to the winner regardless of the number of times their entries are drawn.

Recipes and images can be loaded from 8 December to 31 January 2011. RACQ will select the winner. The competition opens 8 December and closes 31 January 2011.
The competition winner will be selected 9am on 4 February 2011, at RACQ Publishing, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Qld 4006. The winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received and based on the judges’ chosen favourite recipe. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be one prize winner in this competition that will be drawn from all eligible entries received.

The prize winner will receive return airfares to Brisbane for two people up to a maximum value of $1000 (for two), plus dinner for two to a maxiumum value of $300 at ARIA restaurant, Eagle Street Peer, Eagle Street, Brisbane, plus two nights accommodation in a Brisbane hotel up to the value of $400 ($200 per night). The prize winner will receive the opportunity to meet Matt Moran as part of their prize. The total maximum prize value is $1700, plus the opportunity to meet Matt Moran.

The winner may take their prize at anytime up until June 30, 2011. However, meeting Matt Moran will be subject to Matt Moran’s limited availability. The winner may choose to decline taking the opportunity to meet Matt Moran if a mutally agreeable time cannot be organised and to take the rest of the prize at anytime up until June 30, 2011.

Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner will be notified by email and mail.
In the event that the competition winner is unable to be contacted within two weeks of being selected as the winner, RACQ Publishing, will select a replacement competition winner. The replacement competition winner will be notified by phone, mail or email.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition. The Promoter may use or disclose entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prizes or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
