2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who visit okmagazine.com.au during the promotional period. Employees, of the Promoter and their immediate families and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. To enter, entrants must visit okmagazine.com.au and follow the prompts to submit their entry during the promotional period. Entrants must include their full name, address and daytime contact phone number. Only one entry per person permitted per household. Only one prize per household per entire promotional period permitted for all entrants, excluding SA and ACT.
6. Promotion commences 10th December, 2010 and closes 12 midnight (AEST– AEDST when applicable) on first closes 9th January, 2011.

8. The Prize Pack available to be won this week is a $500 Price Attack pack. This prize includes the items pictured on the Editor’s Letter page of this issue of OK! magazine. Items included in the prize pack (including but not limited to colours, brands, designs, flavours etc) are determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
9. The Promoter may conduct further draws as are necessary at 11am (AEST– AEDST when applicable) on 21st April 2011 at the Promoter’s premises, 54 Park Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given. In the event of a winner in this draw, winners will be notified by mail and will have their names published at okmagazine.com.au on 29th April 2011.
10. Total prize pool for this issue is $500. Prize values stated are in Australian dollars. Prizes, including any unused portion are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

14. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
