COMPETITION DETAILS

1. Information on "how to enter" and prizes form part of conditions of entry. Enter by filling in competition entry form. You'll need to answer the question posed for your chance to win.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Pan TV Limited, 14 Herbert St Artarmon NSW 2064.

3. The competition commences on 20/12/10 at 1700 and closes on 31/01/11 at 9:00. The winners will be the entries selected, having regard to skill and originality, at the Promoter's premises by the 02/01/11

4. Total prize value is $1440 as at 20/12/10 and includes a FOXTEL Gold iQ package. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and notify winners. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

7. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to having their details published in newsletters and on the web.

8. Prizewinners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.

FOXTEL DETAILS

1. The Prize is subject to the FOXTEL residential subscription agreement.

2. FOXTEL and some FOXTEL services are not available to all homes.

3. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants, being individuals who:
- are permanent residents of Australia; and
- live in a FOXTEL serviceable area; and
- are over the age of 18.

4. In the event that the Winner does not live in a FOXTEL or AUSTAR serviceable area the Promoter will award a $1,440 Coles Myer gift card as replacement.

5. Installation includes a single, standard metro FOXTEL Gold iQ package installation only. The Winner is responsible for any additional installation costs that may be incurred, ie. Cabling/wiring apartment buildings, houses and townhouses that are not FOXTEL ready.

6. In the instance that the Winner is already a FOXTEL Gold iQ package subscriber, they will forfeit the FOXTEL Gold iQ package installation component of the Prize and no substitute will be offered. In this case, the Subscription Credit will be applied to the Winner’s FOXTEL account. The Subscription Credit is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

7. FOXTEL Box Office charges, Main Event charges and other incidental charges are not included in the Prize and are charged in addition to subscription fees, and will be subtracted from the Subscription Credit as incurred by the Winner.

8. Once the Subscription Credit is insufficient to cover fees and charges, the Winner will be responsible for all additional fees and charges.

9. The Winner is responsible for checking the amount of credit on their account.

10. The Winner must set up Easypay (direct debit) on their FOXTEL account to cover any fees or charges that they incur once the Subscription Credit is insufficient to cover the fees and charges.

11. If for any reason the Winner cancels their FOXTEL subscription, any remaining Subscription Credit will be forfeited.

12. The Winner must provide FOXTEL with at least 31 days notice before the end of the subscription period (or earlier if the Subscription Credit is insufficient to cover the charges) if the Winner wishes to terminate or change their subscription package, otherwise the Winner will incur ongoing subscription fees reflective of the Prize.
