2. Create a tasty and unique recipe using Pearl Couscous, and remember to take a photo.
3. Create your own Blu Account here at the recipes page, then log in.
4. Submit your unique recipe and upload a photo of your new creation.
5. Share it on Twitter, Digg & Facebook. The more votes mean the greater your chance of winning
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who have an Internet connection capable of accepting cookies or other devices used by the Promoter to track entries, and who have a valid email address. New Zealand residents may enter the 2nd chance draw.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. 7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. Promotion commences 01/11/2010 and entries close 11.59pm AEST on 01/03/2011. The Winning Recipe will be selected by Gabriel Gate at (Benedikt Imports) on 31/03/2011 at 12noon AEST, The runner up will be drawn at the same time. The winner of the IPAD draw for best 25 words or less vote will be selected at the same time. Winners will be notified by phone and email and their name published on the Blu Gourmet Pearl website on 01/04/2011.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. To be eligible for the voting prize consisting of 1 16GB Apple Ipad, entrants must sign in and register online at
www.blu.net.au , vote for their favourite recipe and tell us in 25 words or less why they chose it.
12. The winning recipe selected will win the following:
Dinner for 6 cooked by Gabriel Gate. Total value approximately $3,000.
12a. Entrants are also eligible to enter the 2nd chance draw by submitting (by mail) a barcode taken from their packet of Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous, their email address and a 25 word or less statement about “Why I love Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous”.
2nd chance draw winner will also receive dinner for 6 cooked by Gabriel Gate. Total value approximately $3,000
13. The Runner up will win the following:
A selection of Gabriel Gate’s branded cookware. Total value approximately $400.
14. The winning voter selected will win the following:
16 GB Apple IPad valued at approximately $629.00.
14a.Submitting a recipe does not exclude an entrant from voting. Multiple votes will not be accepted.
15. Consolation prizes will be awarded to the best entrants in the 2nd chance draw 25 words or less “Why I love Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous” competition. The winner of a consolation prize will receive 1 packet of Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous. Total consolation prize pool value approximately $15,000.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any of the above prizes are not included.
16. Entrants may receive email communications from Blu Gourmet Pearl. These messages will always appear to come from Blu Gourmet Pearl and are considered to include the following:
Promotional Emails
Emails sent for research purposes
Emails sent as part of a survey
Any other email based communications sent from Blu Gourmet Pearl.
17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
18. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Total prize pool value is AU$22,029.
20. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and can only be taken as cash if the prize is unavailable.
21. A draw for the prize if unclaimed may take place on /30/04/2011, at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by phone and email and their name published on all websites involved in this promotion on 30/04/2011.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
