The competition is open to Australian residents only. and closes last mail Thursday, May 26, 2011. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 2 June 2011 after the competition ends. There will be one winner. If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Home Ideas and Modern Home magazines. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality.
The prize is one of the Panasonic Deluxe Reverse Cycle Invertor Air Conditioner models with an Eco Patrol Sensor valued at up to $3,119.00. The prize value is subject to change after printing. The prize includes a standard back to back installation with an outdoor unit for installation at ground level. The prize also includes the installation of electrical wiring back to a metre box up to a maximum 10 metres, if deemed necessary by the installer. In the event that there is more than 10 metres of electrical wiring extra charges will apply. Panasonic’s service agent will contact the winner within 2 weeks of the winner being informed that they have won the prize and make an appointment to attend on the winner’s residence to view the installation site and arrange for installation of the prize. A winner that resides in a remote location i.e. outside of a major regional centre may incur extra charges for additional travelling costs incurred. Any other additional installation requirements outside of these terms and conditions will attract a charge to be paid by the competition winner.
