HOW TO ENTER
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
2. To enter, individuals must visit www.sanremo.com.au/promotions, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including their full name, address, phone number, email address and submit the fully completed entry form, pasta recipe and photograph of the dish by 11:59pm ACST on 20/06/2011.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.
2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
3. Promotion commences 9:00 am ACST on 30/04/2011. Online entries close at 11:59 pm ACST on 20/06/2011. The competition will be judged by Adam Swanson, a chef and restaurateur and a San Remo representative. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on balance of flavours, ease of preparation, visual appeal and use of natural ingredients and including San Remo dry or fresh pasta. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Judging will take place on 23/06/2011 and results will be posted on the promotion’s website www.sanremo.com.au/promotions on 28/06/2011.
5. The winners will be contacted by phone, using the contact details provided in their entries.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) each entry must be substantially unique. Entries will not be returned.
7. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. The 8 best entries, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will be deemed Prize winners. Further selection by the judges in respect to the set criteria will determine the position of prize winners. The prizes are as follows:

10. The prize winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize with each delivery.
11. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
12. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
13. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash except where ‘cash’ is an explicitly specified component of the prize.
15. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licenses the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The
entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
19. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
