To help you tilt, flip, shake, roll, flick, sketch, tap, trace and draw your way through more than 100 “nanogames”, we are also throwing in a brand new uDraw GameTablet for Wii and a brand new Nintendo Wii!

Terms and Conditions of Entry- SpongeBob SquarePants uDraw Competition
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry to the SpongeBob SquarePant uDraw Competition.
2. Entry is open to all people aged between 5 and 15 years of age as at 19 June 2011 that are residents in Australia or New Zealand. Entrants must have permission from their parents/guardians to enter this competition.
3. The promoter is Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Limited ABN 99627643021, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113 (Nickelodeon)
4. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences in Australia from 12:01am (AEDST) on Monday 13 June 2011 and entries close at 11:59pm (AEDST) on Sunday 19 June 2011. The competition commences in New Zealand from 2:01am (NZDST) on Monday 13 June 2011 and entries close at 1:59am (NZDST) on Monday 19 June 2011.
6. To enter, entrants must :
(a) log onto the Nickelodeon website (
www.nickelodeon.com.au) and either; 1) Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information; first name, last name, address, state or city (as applicable), postcode, date of birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other optional information; or 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the competition; and
(b) Enter the codeword shown in that day’s morning episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, weekdays at 7am and weekends at 8.50am.
7. There will be one (1) daily prize winner each day during the competition period.
8. All correct Australian entrants and those entrants from New Zealand whose entries are received by 11:59pm (NZDST) will automatically be entered into that day’s daily prize draw (as per the table in point 10 below). New Zealand entrants whose entries are received after 12:00am (NZDST) and before 1:59am (NZDST) will automatically be entered into the preceding day’s daily prize draw.
9. Entries are capped at one entry per day.
10. The competition is one of random draw, and will be drawn electronically. The draws will take place at 5 Thomas Holt Drive North Ryde NSW 2113 as per the schedule below (all times are AEDST):

11. The daily prize consists of:
• Nintendo Wii $299
• uDraw GameTablet for Wii $89
• SpongeBob SquigglePants Wii Game $49
Total Prize Pack Value $437 AUD
12. Total value of prizing for the competition is $3059 AUD
13. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. If the winner is under 18 years the major prize may at the absolute discretion of the promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
15. Winners collecting a prize may be required to sign a copy of these Terms and Conditions
16. The promoter reserves the right to use all of the winners’ names, voices, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
17. Nickelodeon shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes.
18. Winners will be notified in writing by mail as well as by phone, email as per the contact details registered with their Nick Name, and will be announced in the public notices of The Australian on Wednesday 22 June, 2011. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact all prize winners. All unclaimed prizes, will be distributed in accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities. A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will be conducted on Thursday 22 September, 2011 at 10am in Nickelodeon’s offices, winners will be notified in writing, and will be announced in The Australian on Wednesday 28 September, 2011.
19. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
20. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
21. If Nickelodeon or its agent reasonably believes that an entrant has used any method, device or system to interfere with the entry process Nickelodeon may deem that entrant ineligible.
22. Nickelodeon will not be liable to any entrant in any way, if for reasons beyond Nickelodeon’s reasonable control, including without limitation any failure of technology, the competition is cancelled or suspended or Nickelodeon fails to receive any entry.
20. All entries become the property of Nickelodeon. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered onto a database. Nickelodeon may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, or payment, or other compensation to the entrant.
