Funny man Rowan Atkinson returns to the big screen next month with the comedy spy-thriller Johnny English Reborn. The man known to generations as Mr Bean has been reborn as an unorthodox secret agent who is given the dubious task of saving the world from global chaos...again.
The film is a follow-up to the 2003 spoof spy-thriller Johnny English. Eight years on from his first adventure, Johnny’s career has taken a turn for the worse and he is hiding out in a cave in Tibet after a failed mission. However, the most unlikely intelligence officer in the British Secret Service has a second chance when he is called on to stop a group of international assassins from hunting down the Chinese Premier.
Former X-Files favourite Gillian Anderson joins Atkinson as a fellow M17 agent while Dominic West and English beauty Rosamund Pike also star.
