Entries will be drawn based on the users preferred experience via random selection. The winners will be the first person drawn for each of the three experiences, being Gourmet, Eco-Tourism and Adventure.

Please note that transport for this prize package includes a hire car to and from Melbourne. Prize package does NOT include airfares. All prize winners must travel to and from Melbourne at own expense.

    * Please note there is one entry per person.

    * By entering, you agree that this is a game of chance. Each entrant has an equal chance of winning the prize, and the winners will be drawn randomly.

   1. The three prize draws will take place at Tourism Victoria, 121 Exhibition St, Melbourne 3000 on Wednesday 2nd November 2011 at 2pm AEST. The three winners will be notified by email on Friday 4th November 2011 and in The Australian newspaper on Saturday 5th November 2011. Any of the three prizes which are unclaimed by 9am on Wednesday 9th November 2011, will be awarded in further draws to be held on Wednesday 9th November at 2pm at the same location. The winner(s) will be notified via email on Wednesday 9th November, and published in the Australian on Friday 11th November 2011.

   3. The prize packages are subject to booking availability and the terms and conditions set out below. The prizes must be booked by 15 December 2011, and the prizes must be taken by 31 May 2012.
   4. The prizes are not transferable or able to be used in conjunction with any other offer. All other costs associated with the prizes, including but not limited to any flights to and from Victoria, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, transfers and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
   5. The period for redemption of the prizes cannot be extended for any reason including but not limited to weather/bush fire cautions/conditions or limited operations of the flights or accommodation for any reason.
   6. The Promoter (Tourism Victoria) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   7. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
   8. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
   9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
      (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
      (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
      (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
      (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
      (e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; or
      (f) use of the prize including all losses howsoever arising from any promotional activity or other travel activity.
  10. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. As an entrant, you may consent to the storage of your personal information on the Promoter's database by ticking the appropriate box. The Promoter, agencies or companies associated with this competition may use this information for future promotional, marketing and research purposes regarding the Promoter's products.
  11. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its authorised contractors and agents only in order to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. Further, should you opt-in and authorise future contact, your nominated regional promoters will receive your details for the purposes of promoting their activities in Victoria including contacting via your mailing address, telephone or by electronic messaging (including e-mail).
