HOW TO ENTER
Visit www.nandoscatering.com.au and click on the competition link found on the homepage. Enter the requested details including a valid email address and tell us in 100 words or less "Your best party disaster story". Once you have completed all of the requirements, submit the fully completed entry form.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Nando's Australia) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
One entry is permitted per member per week with a valid email address.

Promotion commences on EST 14/10/2011 and closes at 5pm EST on 15/12/2011.
The judging will take place by a panel of appropriately qualified judges at Nando's Australia, 196a Miller Street, North Sydney 2060. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged based on the following criteria: originality, creativity, humour and appeal. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email and their entry as well as name and locality will be published on the promotional website nandoscatering.com.au and on our Facebook Wall. All reasonable steps to notify winners will be taken by the Promoter. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be selected from 20/10/2011 and will be notified by email every week.
This is a game of skill. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Every week the best valid entry for the promotion, as determined by the judges, will each receive a $500 Nando's Catering voucher. This prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. Any costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer.
Total prize pool value is $4500.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
