Terms and conditions to enter the ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit Promotion
1. Entry is open to residents of Australia other than those in the Australian Capital Territory. To enter, consumers must
collect eight ( Zespri Gold Kiwifruit stickers and place them on the promotional card. The cards will be distributed at
schools and green grocers. Once the stickers are collected, the card is to be forwarded to PO Box 282, South Melbourne
BC, VIC 3205. 2. The promotion commences on 11 July 2011 and closes on 5 November 2011.
3. There are three (3) draws to be conducted on 1 August 2011 at 9.30 am; 1 September 2011 at 9.30 am; 3 October
2011 at 9.30 am and 7 November 2011 at 9.30am. The draws will take place at Tesch Communications of 1/18-22
Thomson Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. 4. Each of the four winners (one each of the four months of the
promotion) will receive an Apple iPod Nano 8GB valued at $160. Total prize value is $640. 5. Each winner will be
notified by mail. 6. Promoter is Zespri Gold Kiwifruit Marketing, c/- Tesch Communications Pty Ltd, 1/18 Thomson Street,
