The judging will take place on 28th March 2012. The winners will be notified by email or telephone. The winners' names will be published on taste.com.au from 16 May 2012 and in June 2012 issues of MasterChef magazine and ABC delicious. magazine.
If an entrant is a winner, the winner agrees to supply the Promoter with a photo of the winner, and agrees that the Promoter may use the winners name, likeness and photo in promotional material about this and future similar competitions, and in connection with the exercise by the Promoter of any rights under clause 12.

The maximum total retail value of the prize pool is $4469.50. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the prizes. The Promoter has no obligation to publish any entry.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or make-up of the prizes or any event that occurs that is beyond the Promoter's control. The winner also acknowledges that the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for additional conditions imposed by third party nor for the breach of those conditions by any person.

12. Each entrant warrants that he or she is the owner of all copyright in their entry, and that these materials do not infringe the rights of any person. The winners give the same warranties in relation to the winners' photos supplied under clause 5. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, and in consideration of the Promoter considering the entrant's entry in the competition, the entrant irrevocably assigns all copyright in their entered entry to the Promoter. The Promoter may use any entered entry in perpetuity for any purposes in any media any where in the world without notice to the entrant and without any fee being paid to the entrant. The Promoter may alter and edit any entered entry, and has no obligation to provide any attribution to the entrant. 14. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
