Shipping and handling costs will be applied, which is typically between $15 to $20. All lens upgrades including coatings, progressives, bifocals, progressive lenses and high index lenses are available at an extra cost.

Can I order any frame on the site?

Certain frames are not eligible for this promotion. If you see a "Coupons not applicable" message on a pair of glasses, then it is excluded from the promotion.

Where do I place my order?

Can I order sunglasses?

The free promo is for our glasses selection only. However, if you would like to make a pair of prescription sunglasses, you can add a polarized lens and simply pay for the cost of the lens upgrade, which is about $79.

How long does it take to get my glasses?

Most glasses take about 5-7 business days to arrive. However, due to the expected volume with this promotion, please allow 10-12 days for us to get you your order. If you order progressives, Transitions or polarized lenses to your frames, it may take additional time.

I put in the code, why is there still an amount showing up?

Your frames and a standard 1.5 index lens are free. However all lens upgrades including coatings, progressives, bifocals, polarized lenses and high index lenses are available at an extra cost. These extras will be reflected in your order total.

Why did my order get cancelled?

If your order doesn't fit the Terms and Conditions, such as ordering more than one free pair of glasses, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you have already paid, your order will be refunded in full.

What if I don't like my glasses? Can I return or exchange them?

We want you to love your new glasses! If you're not happy with them for any reason, we will allow one exchange for another 'coupon eligible' frame. We'll even pay for the return shipping and send you a return label. Just give us a call at 1-800-639-478 to make arrangements. Please be sure to keep your box and all the accessories that came with your order.

How do I know what size of frame to order?

You can try on glasses using our Try on View tool to see how they will look on you. Since the tool works with your PD measurement it will give you a realistic idea of how the frame will look on you. You can also use our Find Your Perfect Fit tool to search for new frames based on your current frame measurements!

Where do I enter in the coupon code?

After you have chosen your frame and selected your shipping method, you'll go to an "Order Review and Payment" page where you can enter and apply your coupon code. After applying your code, you will see your order total before you choose to checkout.

What information do I need to place my glasses order online?

You will need a copy of your current eyeglasses prescription (it's different from your contact lens prescription) and your PD measurement. Sometimes your PD will be on your prescription, but if not, watch this instructional video on how to measure it.
